We visited from Tacoma and have been to Bend before. Met Randy (the owner) outside of Deschutes Brewery and he drove us to Crux Brewery. He gave us his card and told us to call if we were in need of a ride later on. We called and got picked up by Cathy who was super nice! Later on we called again and got Don who also was super down to earth nice guy and drove us to our resort.
Customer service is definitely this company’s motto. I give all 3 drivers 5 stars!

Terrible service. Especially for a holiday weekend. An hour late, made racial slurs and told the group to «shut up «, door malfunctioned and blamed us. Awful service and will not call again.

I called 4 hours in advance to schedule a taxi to Redmond Airport, and my taxi never showed up. I called to remind them when they didn’t show up, and they ended up coming 25 minutes after my scheduled time and I missed my flight. Thanks Taxi’s of Bend!
