Business Owner

Ileana is an Oregon State Licensed Acupuncturist and Nationally Board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Hebology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She has completed additional training at the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and in southern India. Ileana received her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Austin, TX in 2000.

Ileana the acupuncturist: she has a beautiful way of practicing her art. The whole place is like a sanctuary, a sweet-​smelling (essential oils are used here!), and cocoon-​like place to be. I look forward to my time with the needles in, floating out on another plane, letting them, and Ileana, do their magic. Both Ileana and Lillie, the massage therapist, are healers dedicated to their craft. I’m lucky to have found them as they are helping keep me healthy and active as I recover from a serious health challenge.

Ileana has been working on an old ankle injury flareup for a few weeks and I’m happy to say that I’m about 75% optimal. This ankle started randomly dislocating itself last October, and the only thing the ortho specialist could offer was surgery. Thanks to Ileana and her electro-​stim acupuncture needles, my ankle is healing up on its own without an invasive procedure.
I also take my kids to her for NAET treatments for their allergies. My dairy sensitive toddler can now tolerate cheese! This is a super kid friendly practice, with a special nook just for watching movies on the iPad or doing a quiet puzzle/​coloring.
I just started getting treated for seasonal allergies. If you struggle with the juniper pollen (or any other hay fever trigger) in Bend, go see Ileana! She uses a noninvasive all-​natural technique that totally works.
The office is serene and exquisitely decorated, and Ashley at the front desk is lovely. (They can send text and email appointment reminders, which I love.) Ileana herself has a wonderful presence and is always attending educational seminars to further hone her craft. She is a gifted healer and I’m so glad to have found her!
