Tired of feeling like you’re cattle being herded when you get your nails done??? Make an appointment at Michelle’s nails and give yourself a well earned break. The space may be a little tired, but the end product is fantastic and because it’s small you won’t feel like you’re being pushed through a factory.

I have never found a nail salon I was completely happy with till now! My friend & I got pedicures and the people are very friendly, the leg/​foot massage was awesome, they didn’t over trim the nails, the color was done with detail, and we even splurged on flowers that were super beautiful! So happy & can’t wait to do it again!
Update: My friend & I went for a mani/​pedi on a busy day and the quality of service was not nearly the same as our first experience. It was very rushed this time & our nails were jagged from the rushed filing & the paint job was not done as carefully & it was nowhere near as enjoyable as our first experience. We would have rather they told us they were too busy than to squeeze us in with not enough time to do a proper job. If we go back we will definitely only be going on non busy days.

Michelle and Warren run a spotless, welcoming nail salon. My daughter and I go here for our pedicures a couple of times a year, and the service is always fantastic. Michelle’s foot massage is the best.

Great place for a pedicure. Very clean, well organized and Michelle and her partner (husband?) were friendly and helpful. My friend and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointments. There was already a client in one of the two pedi stations, so the other station was prepared and my friend went first. We both had basic pedis, which consisted of the spa soak, pampering and massaging of our toes, feet and legs, and polish application. Michelle also painted flowers on two of my friend’s toes for no extra charge! I had Warren and he did a great job on my entire pedi. I would visit this place again if I were in the area.

Michelle is great. She really took her time and attended each toe carefully, making sure I was happy with every detail. This means so much to me when someone is working on my body. She was very friendly but not overly intrusive, and there was a TV playing so there were no awkward silences when we weren’t chit-​chatting. I thought the prices were pretty reasonable too ($ 35 for a gel pedi). There were no other customers when I was there which made me sad, so go patronize this place! I will definitely be back.

First let me say that it’s wonderful to have a decent salon in the valley. Michelle is sweet, friendly and very efficient; her establishment is spacious and clean. And if she were the only person to give pedicures, I’d give this review a resounding 5 stars and thumbs up. But…
Her partner (husdand?), Warren, also does pedicures and it’s ordeal. He’s not very efficient, forgets which feet he’s working on (and I only have two… so, just sayin’), has cut into the quick on my toes more than once, and does a sloppy job painting. He’s a very nice and charming man, but really doesn’t ‘get’ nail care. I hate to hurt their feelings by complaining, so I don’t…but I think I may need to make the trek to Scotts Valley (Bella Nails!) for a decent job.
If you are going to make an appointment, I would suggest you specify Michelle.

I’ve been meaning to come here for months, so glad I did. This husband and wife (I’m assuming) team are amazing! The shop is extremely clean. Small shop, which fits right in this area. The attention to detail is beyond compare to anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. Great prices, friendly service and relaxing. I’m so excited to find such a perfect nail place. It’s so nice to feel that you’re not just cattle in a nail salon. Very Rare indeed.

My mom and I went here first the first time today, I will absolutely be back! Such a clean, nice place. She and her husband talked to my mom and I the whole time, and our pedicures look AWESOME! What a great team she and her husband are, I’m just sad it took me this long to stop there and give it a try. Love this place!

As the other reviewers have said, this salon is immaculate and friendly. I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon with no wait for a pedi. The massage soaking chair was awesome — a real treat. This is a very welcome addition to our mountain valley; I will no longer need to go all the way to Saratoga or Santa Cruz for my mani/​pedi. The little flowers on my big toes are adorable :-)

Great place. Michelle does beautiful work and the place is immaculately clean. Very small but friendly and I felt welcome.

I don’t know why it took me so long to finally stop in Michelle’s but I now have a permenant nail technician in Michelle.
Her salon is extremely clean and tastefully decorated and Michelle is one of the nicest nail technicians I have ever met. She is so sweet and easy to talk to! Her spa massage chairs are well maintained and everything looked so clean. The spa chair even had water lights that changed color as the bubbles soothed my tootsies. All her equipment was spotless with none of the usual grunge and dust you find in high volume nail salons. Even the polish wall had clean dust free bottles that looked filled and new.
After shaping my toe nails up she gave me a wonderful leg massage and even wrapped my feet and calves in hot towels and bagged them for a bit. She was fastidious about making sure I liked the polish and she finished it up with a cute sparkly flower. So it was a french pedicure with art for $ 28 bucks! She even sent me out the door with the pedicure flip flops.
I will be back as soon as I am ready for another pedicure. What a jewel in the forest we have in Michelle’s and I had been passing it by for so now long without even knowing it.

So many nail places are an explosion of germs, smells and chatter, but Michelle has created a wonderfully quiet, clean and comfortable space to get a manicure or pedicure.
With a brand new space in the Courtyard center by the gold-​domed church, Michelle has sleek massage chairs (that work!) and everything is spotlessly clean. Her pedicure is the best I’ve ever had – precision work and deep acupressure massage. I’ve had 4 – 5 pedicures with her, and each one has been deliriously good :)
Everyone I’ve referred to her has raved about their experience with her. She’s a gem and she makes her clients feel welcome and appreciated.
