Hi I just got a pedicure, yes they did a good job, but when I went to pay, instead $ 18.00
as listed .I was charged$ 30.00,I looked at the boarding said no its 18 she said it is $ 12.00
more for the massage chair .It was turned on with out my consent and very uncomfortable.
I know Many Many people in this town, all my friends who go there, told me they are never charged for the horrible massage chair. I went back to deal with my salon I told themI was missed charged, she the told me, I had a gel color, when i asked for shellac. Its not even the money its the feeling of being ripped off. and not coming clean. They are obviously rip off artists. Beware

I do not get my nails done on a regular basis for various reasons. One being I could not find a place on this side of the hill that did even a somewhat decent job and I refuse to pay an arm and a leg for a crappy nail job. I have been to Felton Nails several times over the past couple of years and I leave happy every single time. I just went yesterday and will go as often as I can. Ivy did an awesome job and I didn’t leave with ‘buyers remorse’ over how much I had spent. I highly recommend Felton Nails!

I love this place! I use them for my gel manicures and their pedicures are great too! Very reasonably priced. Call ahead for appt. because they book up so walk-​ins usually don’t work. Only real drawback for me is that they are not open on Sundays. They deserve the 5 stars!

I had a really good experience. Lee Was attentive and professional. Made sure I was happy with the outcome. He spoke to me and was very kind. I’ll definitely be back!

Cheapest and best gel manicure in the county. $ 20?! Can’t beat it. Plus Lee is the nicest dude and does a wonderful job! Worth the drive if you live in SC, seriously. Can’t make myself go anywhere else

Actually NO stars! After being a very happy client for over 10 yrs., they are now dead to me! They refused to honor a $ 50. gift card I bought for my daughter a few years ago. That is illegal in the state of California! I politely confronted them on it and they still refused it. Mind you, I tip $ 5. for each service. After mani, pedi, wax, that’s $ 15. just in tips! I will be calling the DA’s office! It is amazing that they let a client of 10 yrs. walk out over $ 50.

My daughter and I were SO excited to find this place. It’s bright and sunny and clean and spacious and best of all, there is absolutely NO toxic smell! We had wonderful manicures and pedicures, reasonably priced by very pleasant and professional staff. We will be regulars hereon. Most comfortable nail salon in Santa Cruz county!

Best nails in the valley. Great prices, great quality, wonderful atmosphere, and friendly nail technicians. I got my shellac done a week ago and it looks brand new. Highly recommend!

My first visit and I like it. Bright, clean, fast and friendly service. Seems like a neighborhood place as the staff knows a lot of the customer’s names. Best foot massage I’ve had with a pedicure. I’ll be back.

The location is lovely. Salon was very clean. Cleaner than most I have been too. The service is excellent. I felt that I was being pamper. My nails came out amazing. Better than I expected. The price was very afforable. I would come back here again.

I was so impressed by this place. Nancy is as sweet as she can be and did a beautiful job on my nails. She even went to extra mile to put on the powder and nail strengthening product because the last place I went to ripped off my acrylic nails and made them very thin. I’m glad I have a new go to place for shellac and will definitely be back.

I have been a client at Felton Nails for 10 years. It is a wonderful, clean, friendly place with excellent service. Their new location in the Felton Faire shopping center is very convenient when running multiple errands. The team is always willing to fit me in for an appointment, which I really appreciate. One is too much. I came here after reading all those five-​stars reviews on Unilocal.People, what’s wrong with you? I have a great place in San Jose with best pedicure ever, but this one is close to where I live now, so I gave it a try and was shocked. The guy hardly ever touched my feet. First he expressed his unhappiness because I had a nail polish with sparkles that requires some effort to remove (loud omygod!) after that, pretty much nothing happened. A few inaccurate strokes with nail file, a touch of clippers (all the cuticles and all the dead skin is still with me), a joke for a massage, non-​stop conversation on the phone or with his dog (a dog in the place that deals with people health, licensing, where are you?). At the end some messy layers of polish. If this is a pedicure, I am a prima ballerina. Well, i am not and it is not. Bad. Cheap. No more.

EVERY time I go here, it’s amazing. They have shellac manicures in all sorts of fun colors with a fast, neat application process. I am always satisfied with my shellac.
The pedicures are great too, still no pain with multiple technicians! I had rhinestones applied to my toes (I know, right?) and after a week and a half all four are still firmly affixed despite shoes, pinching heels, gardening in flip flops and barefoot pilates.
This place rocks.

First time here! Extremely disappointed! Well I wanted to really like this place as recommended from my co-​worker, and some other clients. I am a hairstylist in Boulder Creek and we do not offer nail services in our salon and recommended this place, since its down the street, but I don’t think I will be recommending them anymore.
Here is what I experienced today:
1. I made an appointment for a pedi, showed up 5 min early so I can look at the colors, they seemed persistent to put me in a chair, even though I was early, that I had to rush to choose, so I just grabbed 3 colors. Massage chair is cool, needed that.
2. They started me with Kim, very quiet, doesn’t speak any English, she worked on my toes for about 15 min. During that 15 min of her working on my feet, 5 people walked in. They turned down the first 2 people, then decided to take the next 3. After about those 15 min of Kim working on them, one of the owners, man, came over to us and said that they were going to change her to another manicurist to finish my pedicure so Kim can accommodate 2 of the walkins! Are you flippin kidding me? It’s like me doing a haircut and stop half finished of it to accommodate others that walk in and have another stylist to finish the haircut! Wow! In my 27 years of experience in the beauty industry, I have never done that, unless a chemical is processing (when I have 30 min to kill), not right in the middle of a customer’s half finished appt! My Customers get my full attention. Unbelievable. Very poor Professionalism. She didn’t give the bottom of my feet a good scrub either, what I like the most of pedicures. They are still rough!
3. They changed over to manicurist Lori. She did give my feet a really good massage and did a good job on the polishing too. so 1 star for her.
4. another star for the cleanliness of the salon. Wait a minute I take that back– Although I didn’t see them clean one of the spa chairs when they were done with it after the last customer left it (it was end of their day, so maybe they did it after all customers were gone? Who knows?) — thats kind of scary. You get what you paid for. $ 18.
I do not think I will be back or even recommend this place to anyone. Maybe if you request a specific person and they do the whole job, then alright. But not with this type of professionalism or even questionable sanitation of the spa chairs. Yikes

Best pedicure hands down in the county. They always last me a month if not two. Everyone in there does an awesome job.
I’ve just recently in the past couple of months been getting a «shellac» gel manicure. They use shellac, hellish and OPI polish for their gel manicures. I am completely hooked. They last consistently for 3 weeks. I like the gellish the best, seems to last the longest. they are also the best priced in the county.

Best pedicure around. I can swim, camp, run, and even trip without them chipping.
Not only are the owners and staff skilled and hardworking, they are extremely kind and authentic people.
The staff keep the salon clean, they are client oriented and provide great nail services.

If you want feel like you are family, go to Felton Nails where they welcome you with a warm smile and a big «hello.» Lee, Nancy and their daughters are warm, friendly and give real care to their craft.
I’m a pedicure fan, it’s such a treat. I easily go three weeks and they look remarkable. Love the massage to my feet and the massage chairs as well. I usually go back just because I finally need to get my nails cut.
I don’t usually get manicures simply because of my lifestyle, they just chip to quickly. I finally tried the Gel polish and I was stunned. Three manicures in a row and not one single chip in 3 weeks, all three times. I went back after 3 weeks simply because my nails had grown so much and the nail bed showed more. That’s the only reason. I showed everyone because I couldn’t believe it.
Felton Nails is undoubtedly my go to place. Love them!

Clean, comfortable chairs, friendly staff… I can’t complain!
Good prices too.
I’ll definitely be back!
