After hearing my friends rave about Jerry Butitta’s place for years, I finally had a chance to take my truck in for a couple of repairs. Overall, his reputation was entirely deserved. Everybody there was friendly, the truck was fixed within a few hours and, most importantly, Jerry proved his honesty and integrity. One of the problems my truck had was an inoperative heater. Jerry could have easily just replaced the $ 800 heater core (which is what my dealer has done on at least two other occasions with other vehicles). Instead, he offered to flush out the core first, and see if that would help. This fixed the problem entirely, and saved me a boatload of money. His default position is to do the RIGHT thing, rather than what will rake in the most cash for the business, and that is why I am now a loyal customer for life.

One of the few trustworthy and honest businesses out there still today! Jerry has been our mechanic since moving to belvidere 12 years ago. He is genuinely concerned in giving quality work and creating life long customer service experiences. He doesn’t try to sell you on more than you need. He listens and works with you on your budget. We will continue to only have our vehicles serviced by Jerry. Thanks!
