Tim is amazing. We are so lucky to have him in our community! Juggling a home office and three kids, he makes my life so much easier in so many ways!

I walked in here looking for stamps and was greeted by the friendliest couple. They told me they were all out but advised me on where else I can find them nearby (post office was already closed). Then, I noticed a bunch of fedex boxes by the door. Holy smokes!!! Do they accept fedex boxes here for pickup? They do!!! I used to drive all the way to sausalito to drop off my packages, now I take them here. Incredibly convenient, and very pleasant people.

Tim is a local, lives in Tiburon, and cares about the community. He bought the store about a year ago, and it’s been a fantastic experience knowing I am helping out someone in the community to keep a brick and mortar store open. What’s more… so over the top helpful, always looking for ways to reduce the costs of shipping for you.
What is also nice is they do it all… UPS, FedEx, USPS, and more. I know the Post Office is around the corner, but sometimes it’s really a bonus to be in and out of one spot.

Looking at the past reviews I must make it clear that Tiburon Mail Services has a NEW, incredible owner this year. Tim is absolutely wonderful, and offers almost any service you can think of! In the past couple of months, Tim has: made me keys, made oodles of photocopies. been a notary, faxed documents, received documents, received UPS and FedEx deliveries, collected and delivered mail, sold me much needed photo paper, card stock, birthday cards, staplers, magnets, scotch tape, etc. He has laminated papers, printed color photos, shrunk and resized images, and so much more. Tiburon mail services is also one of the few places that has helium (which is in short supply), which means we get all our balloons from there! They are a local, one stop, office solution store with excellent customer service.

Used to be a nice friendly place until they hired this gal for the front desk. Won’t go back ever again, she’s really rude to customers.

Like an office annex. Your own copy center, ship/​receive hub, web access… even has office supplies & gift cards. Handy location w plenty of FREE parking.

Great service! Like having a concierge handle my most important mail — deliveries and easy access to UPS and FED EX. I typically walk in, drop my stuff on the counter and within one minute, my items are packed and safely shipped at the lowest cost. Steve and his team forward my mail to me during the summers when I’m back east and they always let me know when there is an unusual amount of mail or a package I’m eagerly waiting to receive. It’s a great service — thanks guys!
