This dynamic duo is amazing! From our first meeting to the start of our party, Ankita & Carina made everything super easy and fun! I hired them to help with a holiday party that I’ve usually organized by myself in the past. Life is too busy now with work and 2 active kids, so I knew the only way I could pull this party off was to hire help. I was skeptical to hire anyone as I have a high expectations, but when I met with Ankita and Carina and the planning process began — I knew I made the right decision! They are super responsive, creative, budget conscious, crafty, and very accommodating. The day of event, they showed up earlier than contractually obligated and helped set everything up including helping the caterer prep. They did lots of the running around picking up items for the party and they were super transparent about items purchased as they even provided the receipts. They helped create an amazing hot cocoa bar for the kids, kid party favors, a holiday drink for adults, photo booth outdoors, fun games for the kids, and brought in lots of decorations to fill the space. It really felt like I had two girlfriends help me pull together this party! This was just a simple holiday house party, but these two helped make it feel like it was a special event and made the planning so easy. The party was a huge success and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Imagine this events, helped organize all the details that went into my brother and my sister-in-law’s special day. As a bridesmaid myself, it was awesome to be able to see that the bride and groom had an amazing time at their wedding because they knew everything was being taken care of. These two ladies thought of everything when it came to the wedding day and the bachelorette party. Their skills for event planning made my brother’s special day an unforgettable one. We could not have been happier with their services.

I decided to use Imagine This Events to help with my wedding and I absolutely LOVED working with Ankita and Carina! They were so helpful from the first time I contacted them to after the wedding took place. They had so many great ideas and were also receptive to my ideas and helped make everything work. I definitely had some moments where I would have a sudden question and would need an answer asap and they ALWAYS answered within a more than reasonable amount of time. It helped me feel more secure with everything that needed to get done! I’ve never planned a wedding before and their help was crucial to the overall success of the evening! My wedding day was stress free knowing that Ankita and Carina were taking care of everything! All I had to do was relax and enjoy it! I would definitely recommend Imagine This Events for any event, big or small and I can’t wait for them to help me with my next party!

Hiring them was the best decision I ever made with regard to party planning for my son’s 1^st Bday! Below are a few highlights as to why;
1. They are affordable! I never hired planners before– not even for my wedding, so I was worried it would be too expensive, but I was so surprised how affordable they are! I encourage you to give them a call because it varies depending on your preferences and party size. I gave them my budget, and they gave me a clear answer right up front whether they were able to work with the budget I set.
2. You get TWO talented people who are dedicated to your party! (Everywhere else I looked, you would only get 1 planner.) Ankita and Carina are refined, professional, dependable, responsive, and creative! I’m sure they will grow this business easily.
3. Responsible — everything they said they would do, they executed and even exceeded my expectations.
4. Accommodating — they are willing to work with you and tailor their services to your preferences. If you would like to co-​plan the event with them they are willing to do that, or if you want them to do the whole thing and you just show up, they could do that too.
5. Transparent — I asked them to do the shopping of décor materials, favors, etc for me. They not only bargain hunted, but at the end provided me with all the receipts! How cool is that?!
Needless to say, I will definitely be using them again for future events! I just hope they don’t become too popular that they’re booked when I need them down the line. (Haha– but thats just selfish me talking!)

LOVE them!!! Ankita & Carina were more than helpful to me while I was driving myself nuts planning my baby’s 1^st birthday party!!! They were very flexible, always respond to emails in less than 1 day, very professional & yet very personal. They were also very creative! All my guests were blown away by all the ladybug/Valentine’s theme decorations. They couldn’t complement enough about the party!!!
There was a minor accident b4 the party when I panicked, worried that my baby’s outfit from etsy wouldn’t delivered on time (I ordered it over 1 month b4 the party). I txt Ankita right away because I needed help finding a backup outfit. They took care of it & found me a backup outfit within an hour!!! I was really impressed!!! If I would plan another party, I would definite use their help again!!!

Ankita and Carina contacted me to be the balloon artist for a client that was throwing a lady bug 1^st birthday party. I own The Best Princess Parties a children’s entertainment business and was honored to be their entertainment. I was blown away by the decorations and detail of these ladies’ work. They were also super nice to me and they were always ready for the next moment. Either they were smiling and around the parents and baby Zoe taking pictures or helping gather kids for me which is a first because I’m usually going around gathering them. They are so on top of their game. I was very impressed by their professionalism and work. Good job ladies!

I attended my best friends wedding and as we progressed through the event I was really impressed… from the beginning to the end, this was extremely imaginative and a great use of the venue… location was really a gem and dinner was outstanding… me and my wife will be renewing our vows after 16 years of marriage so I inquired about the planners and made contact with Carina and Ankita and I am excited with full confidence to embark on this event… what seemed like a stressful job of planning will be taken over by Imagine This Events… thanks taking this off our shoulders… excited and happy… cant wait

Organizing a wedding has been one of the most stressful experiences in my life. We cannot emphasize enough how happy we were to have Imagine this Events on board.
They were very involved from the get go — from finding the right venue to helping us craft some elements of the decoration…
They were very mindful of our budget and were always trying to get the highest quality for the best price. One of our biggest worries was overspending, but we saw we could rely on them to haggle on prices. and most importantly fight for our demands if they felt we felt we were not getting the best deal.
One of the most gratifying things — do not judge us-​, was knowing we could just call them and have them handle a situation if we felt it was going to be a headache for us.
On the Day of the wedding everything was on point… We simply focused and enjoyed the moment. Everything went according to plan and on time. One thing that drew our attention was that during the event, they would always keep an eye on us and it was easy and subtle to talk to them if we needed.
The Decoration was beautiful, The food was amazing… (they have good connections) It is not a common thing to see people going for seconds on weddings… but we saw that on our wedding and it was very pleasing.

Imagine This planned my first baby shower. Throughout the event, Ankita and Carina were both hands on making sure all of the games ran smoothly, all of the decorations were set in place, and even stayed for set up/​clean up. My family and I could sit back and enjoy the event and our guests. All of the special touches in décor made my baby shower more than special. I can’t wait to work with Imagine This again!

Spontaneously, within a few days of my son’s actual birthday I decided, hmmm I want my son to have a birthday party for his 6^th birthday. It has to include his friends and it has to be the DAY of his birthday. I was hysterical knowing Shaan likes everything from SpongeBob to Spiderman to Star wars. Knowing I also had to take care of my 1 year old, I reached out to the ladies of Imagine This.
While talking to the wonderful ladies, they of course helped me realize that he’s been crazy about minions all year long. Imagine This came up with a great Despicable Me/​Minion theme. They did everything from Invitations, party favors, food, a dessert table — (the kids LOVED the rice krispies and cupcakes), and some great decorations that I couldn’t have thought of. We even had adults wearing homemade minion hats! We had the movie playing in the background to keep the kids occupied while the others participated in games. Did I mention this was all done in less than a week of the party? All the guests praised the creativity!
