Waterview Pavilion

What can I say The Waterview Pavillion saved my wedding. My husband and I planned on having our wedding on the beach in October. But unfortunately the weather was not on our side and three days before had to get a plan B quick. Stopping in Waterview and speaking to Suzanne saved the day. Amazingly Suzanne brought everything together in a matter of days. It was a blessing because it was a state of emergency and there was actually no beach to even have a wedding on. We had a beautiful sit down wedding. The food was amazing and Suzanne made my night. She was every where taking care of everything without bothering my husband and I so we could have the best night of our lives. I could not have ever imagined a better Plan B it was more of a Plan A. The original plan was to have it catered by Spring Lake Manor. And to our surprise John the owner of the Spring Lake Manor kept half of our money ($ 5,000) even though there was a state of emergency. Suzanne charged us a much lower rate for hosting the wedding than John would have just catering the wedding. I highly recommend Suzanne and the Waterview Pavillion to everyone!!!

We had our wedding here in Feb 2008. Even though it was a while ago, friends and family are still talking about how much fun they had and how good the food was. Planning was super easy and everything was taken care of. Suzanne was great!

The venue was amazing! It was actually the first one I saw and it was the best one I saw down the Jersey shore. Perfect size, space, and colors in the rooms. The staff were amazing and always made me feel comfortable. They were knowledgeable and friendly. By far, location was key!
It’s so much fun at Waterview since it is located by the marina and makes the wedding planning that much easier. The NJ Transit is right there, tons of hotels, inns, bars, and restaurants. Don’t forget Pier 9 for the after party! Sunset shots are so romantic and you can’t get those at the beach. Belmar beach is only several blocks down so it’s better to visit in your spare time or separately.
The food was delish — everyone raved about it and I actually had missed the food tastings offered since I planned my wedding within 4 months. Totally drooling over it still. The prices are so fair and you have lots of options for add-​ons.
Do the private cocktail room so you get to eat and drink champagne!
Emailing back and forth with the staff and calling is easy.
My wedding could not have been better.

When I attended my uncle’s wedding here I thought I’d never be able to afford such a beautiful venue. I’m so happy I was wrong! The venue is the most affordable and welcoming of all the venues in the area that we visited. The food tasting was wonderful and all the staff, especially Patty our event manager, are great to work with. We can’t wait for our wedding here next year!

Great place been here a few times they always do a top notch job and are considerate of diet issues, I will be having my wedding at the sister pavillion The Riverview this coming summer cant wait, Patty and Suzanne are the best!

My sister and brother in law held their wedding reception here this past weekend. And I will say I was very impressed with the experience as a guest (and a bridesmaid). The staff was very responsive. They ensured that the bridal party was comfortable and set with drinks and appetizers during the cocktail hour. They ensured everything ran smoothly and went out of their way to communicate with both my sister (the bride) and my mother (mother of the bride) through out the reception about how they were doing and to keep things on track.
The venue itself has a large ballroom on the first floor, wrap around balcony and bridal suite on the second floor. There are bathrooms on the second floor and in the basement. The second floor balcony is where the cocktail hour was held with two full bars and tables to sit at. After the cocktail hour we all moved down to the main ballroom. With nearly 170 guests, no one felt incredibly cramped, and everyone was on the dance floor with space to spare.
The food was also very good. No one left hungry and the filet was so good it was like butter and could have been cut with a butter knife. I heard that the chicken was also very good.
Everyone had a great experience.
