Bellingham resident since 1993. My prior retail experience and a desire to support a local charitable organization (Whatcom Hospice Foundation) was an incentive for me to grow the existing business. Formerly Sandell’s, this extremely successful women’s apparel shop has been in existence for over 20 years in Bellingham.
