They really came through for me. I’m a self-​employed web professional and I had a hardware failure that was set to keep me from working for at least a week while the new part was ordered and shipped to me. Not only did Ezra have the part in stock, but he delivered it the very next day. Really, really great service!

After calling 10+ places that couldn’t fix my computer same day for a decent price I stumbled across Plain English Technology Services. Ezra was by far the friendliest and most willing to work with my situation. His service was very quick and honest (he originally quoted me $ 100 but since it was an semi-​easy fix he gave me a reduced rate). I wouldn’t put it past other people to charge you the full rate, no matter how easy the fix. Overall, he went beyond my expectations for customer service and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
