History

Established in 2006.

Data Doctors in Whatcom County opened at both Sehome Village in May of 2006, and Barkley Village in June of 2006. During that time we have built a very large following of very satisfied and dedicated residential and business customers. We are now the largest full service computer repair and maintenance service in the County, with a staff of 6 full time certified technicians with expertise in Windows, Mac, server systems, data backup & recovery, security systems, networking, etc. We now have a growing base of customers in the Skagit County region, and anticipate more growth there in the future.

I moved to Bellingham in 2005 from Minneapolis with my wife Joanne. Prior to Data Doctors I had already spent 30 years in the information technology industry — first as an employee for 20 years with IBM as a sales, marketing and engineering executive, and later as the head of operations for a high tech company in Minneapolis. We came to Bellingham due to the environment, the easy access to skiing, hiking, etc., and all of the benefits of a mid-​sized town. Now that we have been here 5 years we are committed to stay because of all the incredible people we have met, the dedicated and talented employees that we have been able to find, and a great business environment.
