The business was originally owned by Loretta and Donald Debagis in 1964. I purchased the business from them in 1994. My name is Peg Garner. I went to Newbury Collage for Interior Design and Decoration. I am a master seamstress and have been sewing for over 40 yrs.

Loretta’s Decorating Services is in the business of manufacturing Custom Design Window Treatments, Bedding, Pillows and Cushions. Roman Shades. also carries Blinds. Shutters.
