My car broke down tonight and Keith towed me from Medway to Newton. Not only did he tell me what the problem was, he tried to fix it so I could drive the car home! I have never had such a positive experience with a tow company. If I lived closer I would become a lifelong customer

This place is the worst place to tow. I called AAA they sent me these retards the driver took a hour to put my car on the lift I have a 2013 Malibu he dragged it cracked my bumper then when he got it on the lift finally n got itcto the dealership he could not get it off the lift for another hour n when I said u messed my bumper up he says oh shit. he never towed a car before said all’s he did was charge batterys n unlocked cars. n his exact words were well at least I no for next time… I called the owner n he’s a complete asshole n said he ain’t fixing anything never ever get a tow from these cheap assholes… if they didn’t do anything y they wave the tow fee… worst place ever shitty owners n the driver said they are short on help so they had a guy that never towed a car tow my brand new car n fuck it up… Losers.

I can’t say enough about this place. I had to have my car towed to Boston because that is where my mechanic is and I did not know anyone in this area since moving here. It was a busy day and the office called me twice just to check in and let me know they were going to be a little longer. My driver was Keith. He was so nice and told me that in the future I should try this place. After nearly an hour on the road we arrived in Boston. He went on his way and my mechanic put the car on the lift and told me there was nothing wrong with the car! I leave and sure enough the next day the same noise. I decided to take the car to Parts Plus and give it a shot. They fixed the car in no time, charged me less than the quote I had gotten from the garage I had used for years. Today I went to start the car and the BRAND NEW battery was dead. I called them again and they sent their AAA driver who jumped the car, tested the battery, which was no good. Desperate to get to work they were willing to follow me back to Auto Zone so I could return the battery and purchase one from AAA which I should have done in the first place. I did not have enough time to do that but will do it tomorrow. I am so pleased with the service, the pricing and frankly the concern that these guys have shown me. They are real pros and honest. What more can one ask from a mechanic. I am now a faithful customer with my old car! Thank you Parts Plus!

I had a flat tire and I have AAA. AAA sent out Keith from Bellingham Parts Plus to tow my car to Miford Towne Fair Tire. Keith was very courteous and very nice and informed me that he was going to cancel the tow as AAA only allows 3 tows per member per year and if I was towed over 5 miles they would deduct a 100 mile tow from my account. He said «save the tows for real emergencies.» He was so so nice and it was more work for him to remove the tire, put the spare tire on than to throw the car and drive it to Milford. But he had a smile on his face and put the spare on so we could bring it to Milford ourselves and save the tow. THANK YOU KEITH!!!
