Terrible place! My husband sent me flowers from there yesterday and when they were delivered, half the flowers were past their prime (the two roses had brown on them). My husband called to complain and they offered to pick them up and bring new ones, so we waited until 3pm the following day, and they never showed up. He called again, and they said they didn’t realize I wanted them earlier in the day! Seriously?! Anyways, I said forget and brought them back and asked for a refund. Way to ruin the moment, Belle Flora! I’m glad they weren’t for someone who had recently lost a loved one, because they looked like crap.

I needed to send flowers across the country for work. So I googled around until I found Belle Flora (confusingly also Bellingham Flower Shop).
The flowers themselves were just beautiful (and pretty true to what was pictured on the website). I was able to use my corporate card to order online. And customer service was friendly. But the delivery man* got lost, and I had to ruin the surprise by calling the recipient for directions. Granted, I have no idea what it’s like to drive around Bellingham, but generally speaking, palatial estates are pretty easy to find, no?
*as an aside, he sounded very attractive for a lost delivery man keeping me in the office after 7 pm. Is he? I’ll never know.
