Horrible customer service! We waited for 20 minutes in line, only to be told that the service was down. The employee saw us filling up the forms, and she didn’t even let us know beforehand. What a waste of time!

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Well at least the person that assisted me, his name is Ulysses. He was very rude and beyond unprofessional! The ONLY good thing about this place is that it’s open on Sunday’s. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I am VERY disappointed!
