I know good service because I was a mystery shopper for years and this is definitely a 5 star establishment. I bought my laptop three years ago and it has been stored in my closet all this time because I considered it a lemon. I called Computer Network Zone at 5 p.m., dropped off my laptop and within 24 hours he called to pick it up. It was working, it was cleaned, programs updated and his price was great for all he did in that short amount of time.

Ismail is friendly, personable but most importantly he seems to be the most knowledgeable computer person I have encountered, and I have been to several places.
With technology progressing at the speed it has, it is important to have a repair person that also stays updated. I was so satisfied I brought in my non working Galaxy 6, BAM! FIXED!!!

Had a iPad fixed there screen came lose and they did not want to fix had nothing but excuses would not recommend them

I took them a good working hard drive out of 1 of my older pc’s and wanted the data put on a portable drive was told 20 $ diagnostic told him why theres nothing wrong with he assured me it was just protocal in his shop and that it would go towards the service charge. ok fine i gave it to him this was a thursday morning said i could expect it done that night or latest next morning and he would call when was done well thursday friday saturday sunday past by no call so i went back monday afternoon, said i was gonna call you your drive is noisey he said and didnt work and there was nothing he could do but send it out for 150 $ with no gaurantee needless to say im like wtf no call and i gave you a perfectly working drive that now dosent work F off
guy give me my drive took him 10 min. to find when he handed it back to me upon inspection
my drive had been dropped ask him what he was going to do about it he said sir we did not drop your hard drive along with some other hib bid didy bullshit from his co worker, ask for my money back he said no it was a diagnostic fee, ok mr hindo like i said I will blow you up on socail media, report you too the BBB, los angelas consumer affairs, as well as filling a complaint with the city of bellflower about your bussiness practices, and last but not least
I going to sue you in small claims for the maximum allowed by law.

The people are really nice, but they don’t have an idea on how to fix a computer. it was the worst service I’ve ever had. I brought two (MacBook pro) computers in for service and I can’t believe that both computers according to them had a logic board problem and the logic board needed to be replaced.
Had to Take it elsewhere & one just had to have the operating system reloaded, and the other was under Apple warranty, something that any other reparable computer service company would have Checked and found out. I was quoted a service price of $ 700 on one or I could buy another computer that he already had for $ 900. It turned out I got both systems fixed for free… so please be careful… this company is in business only to make money for themselves and not help their customers.

This is a great place the guy is very helpful and puts his customers first it is very cheap to get your phone or computer fixed I will definitely suggest this place for anybody who needs a repair on an electronic device

I cracked my laptop screen and took it to this place on a Thursday because they were estimating $ 100 cheaper than geek squad but otherwise my laptop was in perfect working order. Ismael told me he would give me a call in a couple days, I never got the call. I called him Monday and he told me they weren’t finished yet and for some reason he told me they had to remove my motherboard. I wondered why but then he said it should be ready by Wednesday. I picked my laptop up Thursday at a rate $ 20 higher than he originally quoted, because according to him it was a higher quality screen. On the surface it appeared he did a great job, until I actually started using the computer. All of a sudden my otherwise fine laptop is now running very slow. It takes the computer 5 minutes to boot up now, whereas before it was immediate. Google Chrome used to open immediately now it takes a couple minutes and runs very sluggish. The icing on the cake was the sudden blue screen error and reboot which has never happened before. I looked in the error logs and saw that the same thing happened a few days prior while he had the laptop. I take it back to Ismael and explain my issue because my computer was fine before I gave it to him. I’ve already given him $ 140 for the screen and the first thing he says is that it will be $ 69 just to run the diagnostic. I tell him thats not satisfactory because my laptop was fine before I brought it to you, in addition to the fact that for some reason you removed my motherboard. Now he is denying that he ever said that and says he did not remove the motherboard. We go back and forth because he stresses that he gave me a great deal on the screen and the best he can do is to take 50% off the diagnostic fee. I tell him thats not ok and that he should inspect the laptop at no charge because these issues have only started since he worked on it. He tried to blame me saying I dropped the laptop at some point which I never have, he basically said everything he could to deflect blame. I had no recourse because Im not a lawyer and even though I wanted to punch him, I can’t do that. So I told him to take the screen back and refund my money, he refused. So now I have an improperly working laptop and Im $ 140 poorer. To top it off, a man walked in as my wife and I were about to leave and he had complaints about work done on his ipad to which Ismael tried to deflect blame again and told the man he dropped it. Don’t do business with this scumbag. He’s the type that thinks because he has some expertise he can manipulate and rob people. Bad customer service, bad business ethics, if I could give him a zero I would. I will also be leaving reviews on Google Reviews and wherever else I can in relation to this guy. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Bellflower Chamber of Commerce because this guy and scumbags like him who think they can get over on people are bad for the community.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Stay away!!! they are rip offs. I took my computer here and did not get it back until 4 weeks later. They do not return phone calls and claim to give good deals. These people are cheats. They gave me back my computer working but all of the sudden my charger doesn’t work anymore. Wtf? He tells me it’s my computers fault and that he is not going to argue with me. How do I drop off a charger that is working with my laptop and pick it up and it’s dead? I hate this place and the people do not trust them and make sure you put your name with permanent marker on all your computer parts. They WILL steal!!! Watch your stuff if you go here. They will fix one thing a break another and tell you they will give you a really good discount on a new part. Horrible service & even more horrible people. They are out for your money. If you give in then they will keep asking for more and more.

Jeez, I wish I could give 0 stars. These peoplr are slow and have terrible servicr. When calling to check the status of a laptop i brought 10 days ago, they couldn’t find the laptop. I knew what was wrong with it when turning it (I am an IT) and he tried to wrongfully diagnose it, in my opinion, to get moreoney out of me). I decided to come in person to check the status and it took 20 minutes just to find the charger so i could pick the laptop up because they said it would take 2 – 3 days to diagnose and give me a repair price. Now when picking it up, they want to charge $ 29 just for basically storin it for a week. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, SLOW, AND WILL TRY TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU!

What a thief… basically stole my $ 20 deposit and my computer. I took my computer in and told the guy in 7 – 8 days i was leaving and moving away permanently from southern california. I took my computer in on a friday morning. Tuesday morning called to check on status he says i’ll call you back in a few hours… I reminded him i was moving and it needed to be done by friday evening… well he doesn’t back. Then i call friday morning he says I’ll call you back… you guessed it! He doesn’t call back. He calls me saturday morning while i’m driving to nor cal. telling me the computer wasn’t going to be able to fixed and he can sell me a used one for a really good deal. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

Cheap parts. Really really really good prices on used lap tops. Good store. Located in lakewood got a converter chasi for my lap top. Local competive pricing and does anything a solid computer repair spot should do. Recommended!

I took my old laptop in for repairs. I was warned that it would about a week for them to look at it because they were very busy. I went back a week later and they told me it wasn’t worth it to repair because it was so outdated. They sold me a used one for a good price. It’s fast and been working great. Overall I’m very satisfied, just be patient because it is just Amin and one other guy running it.

This is the worse service that I ever have, this indian guy stole my money. Be carefully the service is terrible…
