Disgusting food. Everything tasted old like they made it in the morning and reheated it in the micorwave. I don’t recommend you eat here if you don’t want to get sick.

Some of the best tacos and burritos outside of Mexico! Their Al Pastor and lengua tacos are really good! Highly recommend for some authentic Mexican Food.

Last year on September 21,2012 i was hungry that day and i was with my mom and we ordered food to go and the tacos and quesadillas are really good over there and we waited and we got the food and it was night by then and i got the food and i didn;t wanted to be near the cashier register lady because she was way to creepy and later the chef who cooked the tacos and quesadilla came up to me and mom were the cash register lady was at the counter and he insulted my dad and critacized him and said many disgusting words that he was overweight and fat and that he wish that he would give my dad a taco, Quesadilla and Torta then he would die and what my mom and i heard those words hurt and he insulted because of my weight. When we left me and my mom and my whole family we decided never to come back to that place again. because of the disrespectful words what the chef said about what he said about my dad and dad has been there and he loves the food over and the people who worked there in the past treated him with respect and not judging him about his weight. If you want to go to this place that the disrespect someone from your family that’s overweight and loves mexican food than do go to this place because after hearing those words of disrespect we never came back here.

Love this place. Used to come here all the time. The guy always gives us free refill but expect to pay for your refill when the girl works.(Grr) #1 is a good deal. But sometimes I get the 3 Taco plate. There open late. I believe either midnight or 2 am. But down side, no public restrooms. :(

Elements of a good taco: A soft warm corn tortilla. Nicely flavored moist meat. A balanced mix of cilantro and onions. Topped with a spicy green or red salsa. When ordering to go, I like for taquerias to MAKE my tacos. If I don’t want something in it, I will tell you. Or how about you just ask me. Minus one star. Ordered pastor and cabeza. They were lackluster. The pastor was dry and lacked flavor. The cabeza was mediocre. Minus 2 stars. There was something really wrong with the tortillas. If it wasn’t uncooked, it was overcooked and hard. Minus 1 star. What’s we these places and their super mild salsas? It’s a waste of good chiles. Will not be back. Oh and it had two names on the storefront Tacos Raul’s and TAcos Luis. NOt sure what’s that about. Onward to the next taco place in search of the best taco

Found this spot while lost somewhere along Lakewood Blvd. Since then I’ve been back three times in the last month. First of all the staff is nice and friendly and did not clown me too hard for my rudimentary Spanish. Secondly they have a bomb salsa bar with salsa verde, salsa de aguacate, salsa rojo, fruta and fresh cucumbers?!? Best of all their al pastor is hella yummy and it’s the kind that has been marinating all day on a rotisserie. Hit these folks up for some of the best tacos al pastor in south LA if not all of southern California. I only wish they would open up here in the LBC. Please… pretty please!!!

After a viewing a great performance from the folkorico club at CSULB. We were so hungry on the way home. and of course I do know the area for the best local tacos in this side of town. They have a nice self serve salsa bar . i normally get beef tongue tacos and Al pastor tacos . The wife gets Carne asada and buches and also al pastor . One thing i really don’t eat too much of are burritos… i don’t know why really but I do enjoy any taco. Well probably the only reason i can come up with, would be .the presentation of a taco. wide open nothing to hide. Well then again, that is just my opinion.
