this is the best optometry office ever! vanessa is the best. she helps me find my frames and we make it work. the doctor is so polite and professional are her best. i recommend all my friends and loves one to experienced a great visit at this location.

I was a patient here for over two years, and the reason why I came here is because I heard great things about this office and because I work next door. I’ve never had a problem with them until I brought my son and my mom here. I have spent over $ 800 out of my pocket. My son got raybans, he’s 5 years old. It was his first time getting glasses and I wanted to make sure that they fit him well. He’s in active sports and I don’t want them falling off. When I first paid for the glasses I thought everything was taken care of financially. Then, I get a call saying I wasn’t charged correctly and that I have additional $ 180 out of my pocket. I’m in the «medical» field myself, and when it comes to patients paying out of pocket, you need to make sure you dot you «I’s» and cross your «t’s». I went ahead and paid the difference when my son got his glasses. I told the girl working there I want them adjusted, she insisted that they couldn’t be adjusted any more. bullcrap! I paid for what I want. Upon adjusting his glasses they messed up the frames, and reassured me that they will order a new pair and then he will have two. His first pair was ready in a week, his second pair took about a month to come in. Why is that? Because is a REDO case and you’re not getting production on it? Later when they called me to pick up the case I didn’t go into that office until a month later because my son has sports and its very incovient to keep coming back and forth. They kept his old pair! Hello, you guys told me he can have both the first time. My mom also got glasses there and she isn’t satisfied at all with the fitting, when I get back to get his pair of glasses the second time, my mom asked for her glasses to be adjusted. The girl said I can adjusted them anymore because your prescription is too heavy for the frames you got (she also got back raybans) okay, so you helped us pick out frames, how come not once did you mention that knowing what her prescription would be? Very dis-​satisfied with my recent visits here. Seems like you guys are just in it for the money and not making sure your patients are 100% satisfied!

First time at bellflower optometry and Vanessa was very helpful and nice. Exceptional customer service. I recommend this place to anybody. The dr was very nice and professional and answer all our questions.

Bellflower Optometry is the best! I’ve been coming here for years and have always received excellent service. Everyone here is so friendly especially Vanessa. If your looking for designer frames this is place.

Loved this place. Great customer service! Gave us a same day appointment, provided us with a whole breakdown of our insurance (coverage/​benefits) and even gave us a discount. The optometrist was also very helpful, answered all our questions and gave us suggestions. Nice, clean facility. I will definitely come back.

Not only do they have the newest digital and computerized test equipment, but
They bend over backwards to make sure you’re happy. Once my new glasses reading lens had an incorrect focal length, (I couldn’t focus on my computer screen 3 feet away), and they sent the glasses back to the factory to have the lenses re-​ground. All at no cost to me. Other businesses would have tried to make me feel guilty. But not here. Dr. Nuyet sure knows her stuff, and when the lenses get loose, Vanessa the receptionist has always tightened them with a smile.

After a HORRIBLE experience at Target Optical in Cerritos, I decided to shop around for eyeglasses & sunglasses… I walked into Sears Optical, JC Penny Optical & LensCrafters & was disgusted at the slim pickings I had to choose from for both. GEEZ the corner gas station has more choices for sunglasses.
So, thanks to GOOD OL’ Unilocal* I managed to find Bellflower Optometry… SO MANY CHOICES & Reyna was AMAZING! So helpful, friendly, patient & professional.
We managed to pick out a GREAT pair of eyeglasses & sunglasses for me & I need to say… I ended up paying over $ 100 LESS than Target.
Bellflower Optometry has a customer for LIFE & I will be telling EVERYONE I know to bring their business to them!

Bellflower optometry is a great place! They have all the new trendy frames to choose from. Even after insurance tho it was a bit pricy but I think it was because of the brand of frames and I got contacts and I do have astigmatism. Vanessa was very helpful and very nice. Great customer service there. Dr. Nguyen was also a nice dr and the exam was quick.

I love everything about this optometry store. The staffs and the doctor are so friendly and nice. They don’t try to upsell you like some other glasses store. The prices of the glasses and the lens are also reasonable. There are many options for you to choose for the lens. The décor inside is also nice and modern, which is a big plus for me. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve gone her three times already in the past, and all three times I was more than appreciative of the good staff, and wonderful glasses selection. And my new glasses came in less than a week! At Costco or kaiser my glasses took weeks to come! So glad to be a patient at this wonderful facility, will be one for a long time!

Not only does their selection include all the top brand glasses, the customer service is Great! They have state of the art equipment and they take most insurances. The décor is calm, serene and inviting.
Dr. Nguyen was thorough, and explained the examination procedures every step of the way. Morena (sp) worked the front office on the day of my visit and she was very helpful and honest assisting me with my frame selection.
Although my heart is still set on those Red Carpet Melodies by MJB, i was in need of an upgrade on my shades. They had a bogo (buy one, get one half off) deal going so I opted for the oversized maroon Gucci shades & some slate black Michael Kors shades (also oversized, but proportionately perfect for my face) I see myself being a long time patient of Bellflower Optometry.

I am new to the area and have not had my eyes examined in years. Walked in to this business after visiting the dentist in the same center. Dr. Nguyet-​Cam Nguyen was awesome. She took her time, wrote the correct prescription and also offered the option to price shop for the frames online! Highly recommend.
