Our diet program is actually detox diet; however it is more than regular detox diet program to achieve resetting whole body from the cells memory dimension. It is not aimed to lose weight in short term period. It is aimed to regain your body’s internal rhythm to flow with natural energy. Weight control is achieved accordingly under the new body rhythm coordinated with original, natural, healthy energy flow. You are always welcome to consult with us about our new diet program.

We also have a Massage Therapist for our patients.

History

Established in 1997.

L Ac. Yoon graduated from KyungHee University in Seoul, Korea after completing six years of Eastern Medicine course. He continued graduate and doctorate course afterwards. In 1997 L Ac Yoon established Eastern Medical Clinic in Seoul, Korea. He established KyungHee Acupuncgture & Herbs in Seattle, USA in 2005. Now it has grown to three offices in Lynnwood, Bellevue and Federal Way under new name of Wellness Acupuncture & Natural Medicine.

Dr. Yoon is a Licensed Acupuncturist in State of Washington and National Board Certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist.

He received Eastern Medical Doctorate Degree from KyungHee University, Seoul, Korea, a prestigious Eastern Medical School known for its international reputation and vigorous training.

He also received his advanced academic training through his post-​EMD program (Master degree after Doctorate program), Ph. D program (in Acupuncture & Eastern Medicine) and clinical training in hospitals throughout Korea in internal medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, neuropsychiatry and classical herbal medicine and has worked in the obstetrics, oncology, and neurological & orthopedic rehabilitation departments at KyungHee Hospital of KyungHee Eastern Medicine University.

I have been a patients at Acupia Wellness since July 2015. I had been going to a Physical Therapist (associated with a local hospital) 2x’s a week starting back in January 2015, for surgery to re-​attach my hamstrings on my right leg. The Physical Therapy after 7 months was not helping me at all. I was still in a lot of pain and I wasn’t moving forward with my recovery. I was getting more injured with the exercises they had me doing. A good friend recommended Acupia Wellness Acupuncture to me. My progress has been nothing less then a miracle since going to them. I never thought my right leg would feel normal & without pain again. It actually feels better then before my injury. Now walking up and down stairs is easy. Dr. Yoon is very caring and a very good at what he does.

I never thought I’d go to acupuncture for this: seasonal ALLERGY.
Last spring, I had allergy Attacks. The symptoms of my usual «discomfort» from allergy turned into uncontrolled pain from severe itchiness in my throat and ears and nose. I tried the Benadryl, Zyrtec, Claritin; instead of one pill a day, I swallowed them twice a day, all of them together. I FELT LIKE SHIT. And knew I was abusing my body more than I should by taking those pills.
Still, I was getting worse. When my attacks came as frequent as 2 hours, lasting about 40 minutes each, I desperately sought for help.
Dr. Park? WOW, after seeing him twice a week for 2 – 3 weeks, I was COMPLETELY healed.
Acupuncture, does it really work? I don’t know about the others, but Dr. Park is pretty damn accurate. Yes, it not only works, it makes sense. He explains how the body works; acupuncture is not about quickly subsidizing external symptoms, but correcting the core problem.
I recently started going back there for my fatigue, headaches and anemia (low blood volume). Iron pill and acetaminophen (tylenol) is what I got from my MD, but Dr. Park is currently adjusting my kidneys and liver– one of what they do is causing my bones to make more blood. He’s also correcting my malfunctioning intestines for better absorption of the food I intake. (Upon his diagnosis, he asked if I had the following symptoms; all of which I had said, «OMG! Yes?! How did you know?» lol)
Dr. Park is one of the wisest, gentlest and the kindest old men I know. I am happy with every dollar I spent there. :)
