Pretty good brand and quality Swiss watches, their sales approach for the watches isn’t comforting. I buy watches because I want them, not from being pressured. The main person of the watches is a Class act, don’t see him too much though. The clothing is very high quality and you will pay for it as well. 4 stars if the salesmanship can get cleaned up a bit.

always love their products, between them and Tumi, it is a tough call.
Not all have lifetime warranties, just the higher end with the ballistic nylon. Also the tracking number too if u register online.
This store is much nicer, the full Meal Deal LOL, with complete men’s clothing, cologne, watches, infamous knives and even kitchen knives.

Love Victorinox products. This is a review on the store.
They seem to all be on commission. Every time I go in the store I am approached by every employee. Even when I ask to shop on my own, they just keep coming and won’t leave you alone.
I finally purchased a backpack. However the strap broke within the first 5 weeks, I wasn’t worried at the time because they constantly tell you about the lifetime warranty while in the store. So I took it back to the store and they would not exchange it on the spot because I was past the 30 day window, they wanted to send it in for repair.
After arguing with the manager extensively they did exchange it on the spot, warranting a two star rating, however it was not easy.
Save the headache and buy your Victorionox products at REI where they stand by all of their products without question.
