The Spa at PRO Sports Club

My husband and I had the rekindle package, which is a massage and a pedicure. I really wanted to give this place more stars because it is a beautiful, clean, and friendly spa. However, my experience was expensive and very much lacking the quality that I was paying for.
Pros:
–full use of the whirlpool, steam room, showers, and lockers
–a choice of flavored waters, tea, small snacks
–elegant environment
–polite and friendly staff
–the massage felt good
Cons:
–the person showing me around just pointed vaguely at the surroundings to tell me what they were. I had no idea where the steam room was, what the spa hostess was, or what all the waiting areas were for
–I was not told what to do. I was shown my locker, but… do I undress completely and put a robe on… keep some of my clothes on… take the robe with me? It might sound simple, but I’d never done this before.
–the waiting area was loud, despite the quiet signs. There were some women conversing like they were in a loud restaurant.
–while I had warm towels wrapped around my feet and an eye mask during my massage, my husband had neither
–after my massage, I was told to drink water… that’s it. I had no idea when or where I was supposed to go for my pedicure. I went upstairs to look for the spa hostess who wasn’t there (and never came back). So I got dressed, then someone came up looking for me. My husband said his masseuse told him to relax in the waiting room and wait to be picked up for his pedicure. So he was in a robe with tea and I was dressed and rushed to my pedicure.
–she told me I shouldn’t have shaved the same day… I didn’t know that.
–she finished painting my toes and immediately started scrubbing out the foot spa underneath my legs. That was not at all relaxing!
–when we were finished, my husband went to leisurely shower and dress while I had already put on my clothes which were now covered in massage oil.

Lisa Stovner is THE BEST colorist, she kills my balayage every time. I’ve come in with both an exact picture of what I wanted and a general idea of something I wanted to try and both times loved the result. She was even able to fix someone else’s mistake, without making me feel bad, when I cheated on her at a different salon. I wanted an appt day of and she was booked– understable. She isn’t pushy about product but she has great recommendations if you ask (and will show you how to use them). I have gone to several colorists over the last several years to find the perfect balayage and can honestly say she is it! Bonus: she’s just so down to Earth and genuine you’ll want to take her out for a beer after. Book ahead because she is so good her schedule fills up– but that in itself is reassuring. 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for the color itself.

After nearly 10 amazing visits to the Spa I just had to write a review. The out-​of-​the-​dream waiting room, customer service, sauna and hot pools are all a part of why I keep coming back. Yet the best part of this particular spa is a consistent high quality service that exceeded my expectations every single time. Compared to my past experiences elsewhere, I now get nothing short of 5 star quality treatment that does not rely on a specific beautician or masseuse availability. Especially when we are talking about pre-​wedding brow waxing or facial. People in here are great listeners and deliver exactly what you’ve asked for. If you need a great place to relax and get pampered while totally getting your money’s worth — come to this Spa. You will not regret it.

Excellent spa, although small. Very talented and professional people and environment. Waiting room is small, so you don’t quite get the same overall experience you would at a dedicated high end spa, but for a health club, this way exceeds expectations — they have done a nice job here.

EDIT to a perevious review for a hair cut and color. Linda contacted me from the spa. Offered me a complimentary service. I got a hair conditioning treatment and even though I can’t say it worked (my hair is still super chemically processed) I can say that they were very nice about it. Giving a 4-​star rating for customer service here.

Their staff simply don’t know how to do a proper haircut. My hair now has a weird style where the left side doesn’t look like the right. All I asked was 1 on the sides, 4 on the top. How hard could it be to do that with a buzzer?

I had my first massage from Adam last week and I have to say I will not be getting conventional massages anymore. His method of Shiatsu was a life changer. The massage is very intense but I was able to walk away with zero muscle pain in just one session. I will be going back monthly to help balance out my sore muscles from my workout routine. Thanks Adam :)

I got the package Journey — Rejuvenate which included: massage, facial, nails, and hair. The place is great and has a nice ambiance. But how they do nails and hair is completely ri-​poff — I do it way better myself!
Manicure: Shellac was glued to my cuticle and skin and the process took excessive time
Royal Blowout: The guys just blow dried my hair and sprayed a little bit of the hair spray.
Massage: Massage was the best of that package by JoBeth.
The package included flowers but even flowers were forgotten by the staff…

What to expect?
As you walk into the spa area, it’s like something you see in a movie… these grand stairs that make a statement with modern décor and a waiting area with comfy seating. Once your «host» comes to retreive you, he/​she will explain how everything works and where to find the hot tubs, steam room, and sauna.
If you are having a treament/​service done make sure you arrive at least an hour or two early so you can enjoy the amenties. The waiting area for the actual spa treamment is just gorgeous, dimly lit, lemon water, orange water, mini pretzels, walnuts and almonds to snack on, and tea/​coffee. It definitely sets the mood right before you start your massage.
Up the stairs you’ll find the locker rooms which are spacious (seriously spacious). Again, you are offered tea/​coffee/​lemon/​orange water and some fresh fruit, walnuts/​almonds, and pretzels. The lockers have a locking system for you to create your own code (you do not need to bring your own locks). In the lockers they provide you with a robe and gel like sandals (they do have different sizes in case the robe or sandals don’t fit). Through the locker room you will find many many hair dryers, combs, brushes, make up remover pads, mouth wash, deoderant, shampoo (pureology brand), conditioner, body wash,…you name it they pretty much have it.
If you are early, you can enjoy lunch brought to you in the spa area where a table will be reserved for you and your friends. It was very nice for my Mom and I. We ordered salads which were amazing and HUGE, you could share a salad. We clearly weren’t going to be able to finish them and the spa manager was kind of enough to put our salads in a box and keep them in the fridge until we completed our sessions. The menu has soups, salads, pizza, sandwiches, and some other small plate options.
The area that has the hot tubs (3 total), steam room, and sauna is relaxing and rejuvenating. They provide plenty of towels to wear so you don’t have to bring a swim suit if you don’t want to. Both sauna and steam rooms were spacious and could hold each 15 people I’d say.
The spa session was great!!! I had a massage and my Mom had a facial, we would definitely do this again not just for any one part but for the whole experience. They really make it easy to get pampered but then get yourself ready if you have a hot date later. The staff was friendly and professional — A+

I love there spa!!! Everyone is sooo nice and professional. I get my nails done by Elena work she provides is amazing!
But the best part is in the spa is when you enter pedi or mani room everything is sterilized. When she pulls her implement from autoclave that’s what makes me feel safe!!! I highly recommend there spa and there technician name Elena!!!

Let me start off by saying I’ve enjoyed several massages and a facial at Pro Club, and felt confident getting my haircut there. With my new membership I received a coupon for $ 30 off, so I figured why not give it a try? I received one of the worst haircuts ever. I called back a week later and went in last month to get it fixed. The woman who cut my hair noticed right away what was missed and apologized, but my hair cut is still waaay off. Totally unhappy. If you currently get your haircut by someone you are happy with, stay with them! I gave two stars because she TRIED to make it right, and the staff is always friendly. I’ll just wait for my hair to grow back out and go somewhere else.

Donna is the BEST for nails. Can’t say enough good about her. She’s the only reason I go back.
But the chairs for pedicure are terrible. During my last pedicure the chair roller froze half way through so by the time I left I had a cramp in my back. Not the experience I seek for this pricey place. Also the nickel and dime add on charges for front desk gratuity is super annoying. Especially since they take so long to check-​in and out.
Overall not worth the «Microsoft Premium» they charge.

Always a five star! From pregnancy massages, regular massages, mani/pedi’s to the medical spa for laser hair removal! It is definitely worth the price. Krystal in the Medical Spa does my laser hair removal, and will use her for anything else I will need in the future. Professional, knowledgeable, easy going and understanding.

Everything about this place is perfect! Love the people and the whirlpools. I miss it because we no longer have membership with my hubby quitting Microsoft. No other spa compares in my book.

I loved music, decoration and smell of this salon, cleanness is everywhere. But at the end my manicure is really bad, uneven cover, cuticle not cut normally, enamel on toes was not dry even after 30 min in pro club bistro. This is just so bad that I have to redo my manicure and pedicure after 4 hours of wearing it.

What’s not to love? This place is as good as it gets when it comes to a 5 star spa. The staff are kind and very helpful in a genuine way, the spa is immaculately clean and beautiful, you can order amazing food and lounge in the women’s locker room all day, and Chantale gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had!
After living in Southern California and acquiring some sun damage and aging, I booked a Microcurrent facial. Three days later my skin has never looked better. It’s like having the skin of a 25 year old again. Plus, it’s non invasive and way more mild than a Photofacial… AND with noticeable results.
I will definitely be back and will rebook with Chantale in the future. Best experience in all my years of skin care!

We came for our anniversary and went to 2 different spas. The other one was one of the top ones in Seattle. But This was a super nice place. Elegant and very relaxing. salon hair & skin products in the spacious bathroom. Even salon quality hair dryers. Everything was stocked real well and ready to use. The staff was very professional. The whole place was very relaxing. The only complaint is I had to carry or keep track of my sign in health sheet the whole time. Maybe suggest to fill that out and leave it at the front desk before going to the back?
This spa set the bar pretty high. This place is the only one I’ll be going back to in Seattle.

By far the worst massage I have ever received — not just from Pro Spa but in my life. Period.
The provider thought that I was made of delicate fragile material or something, she was just brushing through — I told her to be firm twice, no change. I have some tight muscles on my left leg, told her to give some focus there — oh, geez, she stroke exactly 4 times around that area and moved on. I have never had this disappointing experience before.
We had a small party of 4 people that I was treating them for the service. One of my friend was booked for Personalized massage and came out and said the provider said it was relaxation. Since I pre-​paid, we stopped by at the front desk and asked why the confusion — I was quite surprised with their lack of empathy; no apology, nothing. She said, «it is a difference of $ 15, you want it refunded?». I was thinking, «seriously? that was your response. And why wouldn’t I want it refunded… because I just paid freaking ~$ 580??».
This is my last visit to pro club — I could have got 3 massages at local place for the price of 1 at pro club. Yes, these people have luxury in the bed, robe warmer etc but if the core reason we go for massages… the massage itself, if it is not good enough, I really don’t care about the fluffy shiny amenities.

I was trying to find a good nail salon/​nail technician for a long time and it seems that I found one.
The place itself is not bad and has a nice relaxing lounge, where you can wait until your nail polish dry.
Elena makes my manicure just perfect. Nails stay beautiful and accurate for about a week. She always spends enough time working on details and I appreciate it a lot.
I also had my haircut here with Rosanna and very happy with the result as well.

I have been pro club member for many years now and I love the quality of service, shuttle, lockers, facilities. The machines are clean and new plus they have variety. The squash courts and swimming pool are free to use but tend to get crowded. There are a ton of free classes — step, spin, cardio, kick boxing etc.
What I don’t like it — the free classes are crowded and not super high-​quality. There are additional things one has to pay for — yoga, pilates etc. I find it unreasonable coz it’s on top of an already expensive membership.
The spa is food as a backup but not my first choice. They also have cafes which is very convenient.
The parking can be hard to find due after work hours (4:30−6:30)
