I came in with a dead headlight and taillight and not only did they replace it for me they troubleshooted the taillight which wasn’t responsive to the new light and it turns out it had another part that needed to be fixed! Now I can safely drive back onto the road! Thank you to Diana and her assistant manager for their care and concern!

Workers here are very nice! They will help you as much as they can and offer lots of advice to you. The workers here take the time to make sure you’re fully satisfied! They helped me change my spark plugs, check my engine light, replace signal lights, and map lights as well!
They offer Lots of advice on seafoaming, HID, oil changes, painting rims, painting calipers, LED bulbs, and much more!
I always come here For any auto parts and advice on my vehicle and they’ve never let me down! I highly recommend Oreillys!

A little smaller than your average car-​parts store, but it gets the job done for most parts. This O’Reilly’s is conveniently located right off of I-​90 and the staff is friendly and helpful in the typical manner of supply store clerks. They seemed willing to get a little involved in customers vehicles if they needed the help.
I came in to buy a headlight and the guy at the desk tried to sell me light bulb grease. Apparently it wasn’t a joke. He didn’t even know where it was applied. Maybe he liked his job a little too much.

I rushed in just before closing time to replace a headlamp that had just gone out. Not only did they take the time to help me find the right bulb (among SO many options!) but the manager even installed it for me! Excellent service! I would definitely shop here again.

My first visit to O’Reilly’s in 2011 was great. I had a lovely old gentleman who sold me some windshield wipers and even helped me install them. It was a fantastic experience and why I decided to return to O’Reilly’s to replace my car battery.
A young 20 something guy sold me a battery based on my car model and I asked him what tools I would need to install it and he said a 10 mm socket. Alright, cool. Start working on removing the battery only to find I also needed a wrench. Annoying, but no big deal. A nice guy in the parking lot had a tool box in the back of his truck and he helped me take out my old battery. I get the new battery in and tighten it up and realize it’s the wrong battery. Great =/​
Go inside and told them they sold me the wrong one, he starts pointing fingers and saying someone else stocked it wrong, whatever whatever, and gives me the new battery and has the AUDACITY to complain to me about how annoying the corporate policy is to return batteries. Who screwed up here?! I just was handed a battery and was shooed off! As we are uninstalling the new battery, he asks me where all the plastic coverings are that go on it as per ‘corporate policy’. Doesn’t offer to help, even though this mess was their fault. Finally give the battery back and finish reinstalling the new one. I thank the wonderful good samaritan who helped me in the parking lot and dropped my old battery onto the counter expecting my $ 5 refund as per their current ad:
Get this. You only get $ 5 back if you DO NOT buy one of their batteries. That’s right. They only pay you $ 5 for giving them a garbage battery, not giving them a profit by buying batteries. No, it doesn’t it say it in the fine print anywhere on the ad. It’s false advertising.
Crappy service. Crappy knowledge. Crappy ads. Screw O’Reilly’s. I’m never goin back.

Your pretty typical O’Reilly. This one is significantly smaller than others I’ve been to and their stock reflects the fact. I went in looking for a pair of windshield wipers. They had a good selection of usual brands (Rain-​X, Bosch, etc.). The wipers I chose, Rain-​X Latitude, unfortunately didn’t work well on my car, but returning them to the store was very easy, if not a bit time consuming since they use a slightly antiquated computer/​receipt system.
While in line, I saw another cashier helping a gentleman to replace his brake pads. He gave him some good advice on pushing the brake calipers back into place and warned him about introducing air into the system. He didn’t push him on expensive pads and actually sold him the cheaper pads. So, good on him for not being a pushy salesman.
