Demitri & Andy are miracle workers! Couldn’t find matching wood flooring anywhere in the South Sound for my existing floor which I installed close to 10 years ago. They took time and were very creative in helping me find what I needed, including utilizing stair treads as an out of the box option for my scenario! Really appreciated their attentiveness and hustle! They worked great as a team to help meet my needs and all at a reasonable price within my budget! Go see these guys! They’ll serve you well!

Great experience and great prices. I have had amazing service at the Bellevue Lumber Liquidators. Andy Thammavongsa is awesome. I purchased hardwood laminates for a rental. The cost for the materials was much less expensive than the box stores, and it was a much better quality (and made in the USA). Their service was also flawless when I returned some flooring that we had ordered too much of. Love these guys, and will continue to purchase from them when I have a new project!

This Lumber Liquidators is great! Easy to order and ask questions –as a woman I often get attitude from sales people in building supply stores. Friendly salespeople willing to provide service and help out. The manager is particularly good, over several interactions he was professional, nice and is hardworking. A solid store grounded in customer service. Rare these days.

Recently I purchased 2000 sq. sf worth of hardwood floors from them. The sales associates Demitri Kirby and Andy Thammavongsa have always been very helpful. They are very knowledgable and help me to decide what we need.
The price they offered are also very competitive as well. Most of their products are around $ 3 to $ 4 cheaper than other stores. We are very happy that we bought our hardwood through them and definitely will go back to them and recommend it to others.

The people that work here were helpful and the prices are dirt cheap, but what are you supporting when purchasing from here? Illegal logging that’s destroying some of the world’s last Siberian tiger habitat. Super shady back end business practices led to this 1star review. If you’re goffing, look it up. US Lacey Act and Lumber Liquidators. Last year their Russian supplier was convicted of organized crime in Russia. Now it’s all over the news. Every time I think about the sub-​$ 1/​SF flooring in my work room, I get a terrible feeling of what my dollars supported. Again, helpful employees in the store, but very terrible experience overall. Would not recommend. I would recommend that if you’re getting wood floors– know the source.

worse store I have ever dealt with, called and paid for home measurement, they did that and got a messy estimate from them and themselves could not figure out what installer did on quote, then they were supposed to call me and give me separated out quote. they never called after 5 days, I followed up and find out the sales person no longer works there and they didn’t bother passing my work estimate to someone else to handle. They are good if you want to install the floor yourself, buy the material and say goodbye but they are absolutely horrible at install and follow up work, What I don’t understand businesses push buyer o buy material from them and have them install it, because of great margin, I don’t understand why they are so uninterested to get the business

Wow did I get a frosty reception when I indicated that I was looking for really cheap flooring. Funny thing is that all of their Internet ads say that is what they specialise in. However, when you get down to it, the large Home hardware chains are just as competetive in their online stores. Hey ho, hey ho, it’s off to Home Despot I go, lol. Seriously, this is a good flooring supplier but they lack in the customer service department and overestimate their competetiveness.

I’m a hard critic and this place surpasses my standards.
The outstanding price on the laminate I picked out is really why they shine as a company. As for the Bellevue store, in particular, I worked with Giovanni who was able to answer all of my questions while juggling a phone call and other tasks. He was able to stoop down to a friendly level as I was joking around with him and talking about our backgrounds and ethnicities. Better yet, he remembered my name and my Fiancé the second time I showed up (even though she wasn’t there). Pretty personable experience.
The store itself is fairly small but holds a ton of supplies. They had well enough stock for everything I needed, with the exception of 1 item. Giovanni was able to order the item for me and have it shipped free of charge. That’s awesome service!
I would do business with these guys again!

Great prices and friendly staff. They had exactly the kind of floor we were looking for and in our budget. We took a sample home with us and waited to purchase it because we were quite ready to pull the trigger yet. After doing some research and verifying that they were the best bang for our buck I called them up and sure enough our wood was on sale and it was the lowest price they have ever had it listed at. DONE DEAL. Purchased it over the phone and it should get here in 2 weeks.

We purchased beautiful dark Bellawood bamboo flooring that is absolutely stunning. We have had so many compliments on it that I think I may have sold these guys a ton of that floor. Bamboo has a bad rep for being soft and not very durable but I have a dog and love to entertain. We had 20+ people for Thanksgiving plus kids running around, have had dancing parties with girls wearing heels, have had doggy play dates, and I have yet to see scratches. I am currently shopping for flooring again for a condo we purchased and have been comparing prices and have found, once again, that you can’t beat Lumber Liquidators on price, style, quality, options, and customer service/​help/​support. Every person I’ve worked with there has been professional, helpful, funny, and just a pleasure to do business with. I would shop there time again and would and do greatly recommend them.

We have had nothing but a positive experience with this location! We purchased the walnut hickory hardwood and it looks gorgeous! We installed it ourselves so it took awhile, (over the 30 day return policy) and when we called to see if we could still return a couple of unopened boxes, they were more than accomadating and understanding. Always had friendly customer service :)

I got some of their natural ash wood to redo my kitchen for my home in Bellevue. The kitchen looks great. There’s a 100 year warranty on it, so I really don’t have to worry about it starting to look like shit in another 80 years. I couldn’t find ash wood anywhere cheaper even on the internet. The guy that helped me out was named Max. He’s a big friendly giant of a dude. He kind of looks like he was raised to be Paul Bunyon’s kid or something. He had just the right touch of personable while still being professional. I’d definitely recommend asking for him.

This is the worse customer experience I have ever had. We walked in and one of the sales guys said he would be with us in a minute, we walked around in the store for another 10 mins and he did not even bother checking in. This is our first time with flooring work and we had many questions, and would have been happy with some help!!! We even saw there were 2 other sales guys who had no other customers, but they were all just hanging out near the front desk and talking when they knew we were waiting for them! I have never felt this un-​welcome in any store. It is almost as if they didn’t care.
Later that evening we went to 3 other flooring stores and they were so much more helpful! And from what I can tell there are places which carry laminate and wood at the same cost if not cheaper. (Carpet liquidators are good, they are reasonably priced and friendly sales staff)

These guys are great. I ended up buying from these guys because the price was better here than at Home Depot, but the real reason I’m taking the time to write this review is the service. Everyone I worked with here was great. They did a great job of keeping it simple for me, and believe me, I need things simple!
See my separate review for their installer as well, I was happy with their service.
The selection here is pretty good. Only fixing them 4 stars because they don’t sell much in the way of vinyl, which is what I really needed for my bathroom! Overall, I had a good experience with this store and I will be recommending them to our friends.

We do not recommend to do any business with that company. The reason is the following. When you buy flooring there they send people to measure your place and create a quote for you. You buy according to their quote. They also tell you that you can return leftovers. They also tell you to store the flooring indoors before installing it for two weeks. What they don’t tell you is that you can only return leftovers withing 30 days of purchasing.
To sum up, they oversell you the the flooring, leaving you with 2 weeks to install it and bring leftovers back, and do not accept anything back after 30 days.

I ordered over the phone and I was ensured (by store manager) that the materials are ready for pickup. I rented a truck and came to pick all materials. When I came to the store, I found out that not everything was ready. Missing items did not arrive on time for the installation (although I have been ensured that they will be delivered to my house in the morning of installation day). Also every time I pick up materials several of boxes are damaged…
I will not come back to this store again. I prefer to spend more in Home Depot or Lowe’s and get better customer service.
