Great people, real laser machine. The previous place I went to use IPL instead of laser machine :(Also you can buy deal from groupon, there are 40% off first month too!!!

Let me start by saying that i am filing a complaint with the BBB for the way i was dishonestly treated by this business.
I am adding here my negative experience to the others who also didn’t appreciate how the owner Parisa treats her customers. First of all, I have never been to a business that doesn’t have a set price list. She gives each customer a different price, based on how much she thinks she can get out of them. She also cheated me out of my money because after buying a buy one get one free package for a treatment, I found out I was moving, and she refused to give me the rest of my money back. She instead charged me full price for both treatments (instead of the BYGOF) because I had to cancel my treatments half way through because of the move. She doesn’t know how to run a business and is just out to make money, instead of caring about her customers and being understanding. I would stay away from this place, because you will be cheated and lied to by the owner.
On the other hand, Chris who does the treatments is great. She makes you feel very comfortable and is patient. I would totally recommend her, if she worked at another place.

Chris gave me the best facial yesterday! When I last had a facial at Elle a Clinical, the esthetician used steam blowing on my face and when I told her I couldn’t breathe the hot steam, she just retorted that it was necessary. I am glad that Chris used hot towels on my face rather than the steam blowing in my face. Chris discussed chemical peels with me and I have scheduled my first one at end of January so I am anxious to see how it works for my skin. Parisa gave me the special product pricing that they are offering now for chemical peels, to be used for my appointment in January. I like that! We also discussed Ultherapy which is kind of like a face lift without cutting. I am considering it, maybe in a few months. Parisa thoroughly explained the process and is highly encouraging it for me since it is a one time procedure rather than botox which is done on a regular basis. That sounds interesting to me!

I have been very happy with my experience at Lotus. I’ve visited for several different services involving skin care and lasers and and have always found the team to be honest, straight forward, knowledgeable and kind. I especially appreciate that they use one of the most advanced lasers in the industry (I did some research on this fact). A true testament to their integrity is when Parisa refused to provide a particular service to me because it would not have provided any results in my situation. I would recommend that people in need of laser treatment keep their expectations in line with the fact that these spa services and techniques are not an exact science. Trust that you’re in good hands with people who truly care and are passionate about what they do!

I did a lot of research before deciding to go to Lotus for Brazilian laser hair removal. I had tried one session years ago at another place where i had my legs done and vowed never again due to the pain.
As I thought about giving it another try this year, I researched indepthly which lasers were the latest in technology that were good at removing hair as well as the least painful. This research lead me to Lotus due to their use of a larger treatment area laser with an innovative vacuum assist technology which reduces the treatment time up to 75% while significantly improving the comfort.
The first 3 sessions, they still had to use the tradition super painful laser for some of the smaller areas used at other places, but it was so nice to have the majority of the area taken care of with the larger area laser which feels a bit weird like being pinched but not at all painful. I just had my 4^th session, and this time they were able to only use the larger area laser:) It literally took them 5 minutes, and it was all finished pain free:) Lotus makes hair removal something you can look forward to rather than dread. I feel sorry for anyone having to go through with a Brazilian laser with the traditional horrible laser when the newer technology is out there in places such as Lotus.

This is probably one of the worst laser places you can go to. They really don’t care about their customers even if they get burnt. They make you sign a waiver form at the beginning to get rid of any kind of liability. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here even if you get a $ 1 groupon deal.

I had 3 treatments for spider veins with minimal changes. This was after they said «no problem, we can take care of all of these for you.» When I spoke with the manager about this she was unapologetic and tried to make me feel like somehow it was my fault. I paid for 3 more treatments because i was desperate to get rid of the veins before a beach vacation and they said I could have a less expensive rate since I was already a customer. I know, stupid on my part. Got rid of more veins but still they are a long way from gone.
The technicians were all nice but they seem to have a hard time holding on to employees.
I arrived for 1 appointment and was told that the laser was not available and I should have let them know when I said yes to the reminder call that this was what i wanted. «HELLO»! Why is this my responsibility to double check on your equipment?
Previously I also had some laser hair removal on my chin (Groupon deal) which did work but was unbelievably painful. Since then I have had some hair removal elsewhere that barely hurt at all and was even more effective.

I would wholeheartedly agree with the other reviewer stating the receptionist (sadly the owner) is incredibly unfriendly and rigid. She gives you one time for appointments and if you don’t take it, she seems really put off. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile. And if you change or anything comes up, she nags you and tries to make you feel guilty. I think she actually views it as if she’s the customer and you should serve her. She’s looking for one type of customer, high margin, incredibly flexible on timing (doesn’t work) yet is wealthy I would not recommend this facility.

My first two visits have been lovely – very professional. The salon is clean and the staff is pleasant and kind. I saw quite a reduction in hair after just one appt, more than I’ve seen in another salon with another type of laser.

A little less than a year ago I purchased a Groupon for this place for 6 treatments of laser hair removal. I am so glad I did. I finished up my last treatment on my underarms about a month ago and have seen about a 98% hair reduction. If hair grows back it is thinner, and I can see only about 5 hairs growing back. It takes at least 4 – 6 treatments spaced between 4 – 6 weeks to see results, but I saw a great reduction in hair after my first visit. They first used the LightSheer Duet machine on me which worked the best and only a few hairs grow back in a week. On my second session, they used some other machine which I did not like as much. Hair grew back in a less than 2 weeks, but still reduced… maybe about 40% then. The third appointment I asked them to use the Duet again, but I was told on my fourth session that they used the older machine on me again on my 3^rd and 4^th appointments, which I didn’t like. The 4^th appointment I was late and the Duet was not available. So then on the 5^th and 6^th appointment they were able to use the Duet on me again and I am very pleased with the results. I would say the Duet reduces about 35% or more each time, while the other machine reduces hair about 15%. Anyway, they have a nice space and the technicians are really nice. I think they do great work here and I am thinking of coming back to get some other parts done. It is a bit a ways for me to drive there, but The Duet is the only laser hair remover I trust and not that many places have it. I’ve had laser hair removal done at another facility and was not happy with the results. Go here!

After visiting two different laser places now, I see that Lotus trumps Radiant Medspa by tenfold. It was WAY WAY WAY better. Nuff said.

I absolutely love the laser technician. She is friendly, nice and does a fantastic job. However, the patient coordinator or schedule lady is so rude and shouldn’t have a job for the way she speaks to patients! I have honestly never been so shocked at how rude someone can be on the phone. I would give this spa 4 or 5 stars if it weren’t for her! She is not fun to deal with and not welcoming at all.

Disclaimer… the laser asethetician gets 4stars, but the scheduling lady definitely gets 2 stars… so i’m averaging it out to 3.
The lady doing the laser treatment herself is great — super nice, friendly, does a great job. Unfortunately, you have to deal with the person scheduling the appointments, who happens to be unfriendly to the point of being rude.
I purchased the groupon for laser hair removal and it took them over 2 months before they could get me in for my first appointment. Then when i tried to schedule my 2^nd appointment, all days/​times that I was trying to come in (5 weeks out) were apparently unavailable. I kept on being offered one day and one time slot… i find it very hard to believe that every single appointment over a 4 day span, 5 weeks away, was full!
I have been to lots of other laser removal places and have never experienced this kind of rigidity.
God forbid life happens and i’m not able to make that appointment — i’ll probably have to take a number for next year sometime!

Can I please tell you how much I love the down economy? I wasn’t so hot on it when my income was reduced by half, or when my home lost over ½ of its value… these things actually suck. But I have learned to adapt to this new world, no — it’s more than that. I have learned to EMBRACE it via the mircale of the Groupon, the Living Social deal, the Local Twist deal, Deal Pop, GoodNews, etc…
Nothing soothes the sadness associated with selling your home for ¹⁄₃ what you paid and losing your total ass on it like laser hair removal via the miracle of the Groupon.
I spent $ 150 on $ 700 worth of laser hair removal at this place, and got myself another loving kiss of Botox in my WTF line while I was there.

(This is a very pleasant little clinic with great staff and reasonable prices even outside of the Groupon Miracle. Definitely give them a ring if you need to smooth, or fill, or laser, or peel something. Very professional staff, and an amazing little machine that permanently lasers off that stuff you’ve been waxing lo these many years in just a few visits. The pain is less than waxing, and you know, NOTHING compared to natural child birth).
