He is arrogant, evasive and clueless. Botched my jaw surgery and then got defensive when I asked him why my nose was completely crooked after upper and lower jaw surgery. he also shaved some of my upper cheek bone which had nothing whatsoever to do with my jaw. Said it just looked bigger than the right side so he shaved it down. Well, now my face is very asymmetrical and my entire left side of my face is sagging lower than my right. He ruined my looks. Do not go to him.

I had to have a molar extracted and was very nervous The office staff and the technical staff were terrific. They all put my fears at ease. Dr. Trimble was not only friendly, but professional and informative. He explained the procedure to me and he, as well, put my fears at ease. The day of the procedure went like a breeze! I had absolutely no problems after this procedure. It is now ten days post-​extraction and my mouth and gums feel wonderful. I had my final check-​up today and once again was pleased with both the office and technical staff as well as Dr. Trimble. Thank you.

I was referred to Dr. Trimble by my orthodontist, she described him as the most qualified and capable doctor to treat my misaligned jaw. I have been a patient for 2 years. Dr. Trimble took the time and genuine interest to evaluate why my jaw was misaligned and treat my weakened joint before considering whether surgery would provide long term corrective results.
After my joint strengthened with treatment by Dr. Trimble, I prepared orthodontically for over a year. Dr. Trimble worked as a team with my orthodontist to align my bite for post surgery correction.
As I neared my surgery date, I became very anxious over the procedure (upper and lower jaw surgery). I spoke with several medical sources, as well as others who had had similar reconstruction surgeries. All paths led back to Dr. Trimble as the most experienced, best surgeon in the PNW to perform this complex surgery with best results. Apparently, his record of getting it right (not requiring to re-​do the procedure) is the best in the PNW. This is not a surgery you want to have to go through twice!
Dr. Trimble is one of very few surgeons with MD and DMD credentials, as well as 30 years of proven experience. His commitment to perfecting his treatment/​surgical plan prior to operating is very thorough and precise. Dr. Trimble’s team, Jennifer, Courtney, Sarah and Melinda treated me with compassionate care. Although Jennifer has been a nurse in this office for over 12 years, she took time to answer all of my many questions as though I was her first patient; and prepared me to recover as well as possible. Dr. Trimble spent over an hour with me and my husband answering questions prior to to my surgery with patience. He did so in a way that validated my concerns. I went into surgery with confidence I was in the best hands.
I am 3 months post-​op and am very pleased with my results. My bite comes together for the first time since I can remember! I highly recommend Dr. Trimble and his staff.

I was in a big panic — I had cranial facial surgery over 20 years ago back in Australia — and low and behold a screw in my face went AWOL and permeated the inside of mouth!
I went to see my GP who referred me to an Oral Surgeon — not Dr Trimble. I called this surgeon’s offices and the lady said the Dr could not see me until end of August! I begged her to give me a name of another Dr — to which she said try Dr Trimble.
So first when I called in, the most amazing woman, Melinda, answered the phone and after I explained my problem she said: «get in here let’s have a look» — I said «now?» — she said of course! I was shocked that I would get in so fast — but they understood this WAS an emergency and empathized with my situation (the day before 4ht of July!).
When I went in everyone was SO lovely — Dr Trimble himself was fantastic — he said I had not one but two screws that went AWOL (as per the x-​ray they took) and I now need to go back to get the second one out.
But the one he took out that day was as easy as two threads left in the screw and Jennifer — his assistant was wonderful.
What I loved about this practice is that the PEOPLE were amazing — I was there for the first time and was made to feel as though I was a valued patient for years.
Also, it was so comforting to have someone of the caliber of Dr Trimble examine and solve my problem — the fact that he is an MD made me feel very comfortable and secure with his diagnosis.
Get your dentist to refer you to Dr Trimble — you will not be disappointed — or rejected when you need help the most.
