Meet the Business Owner

Tony and LeeAnn G.

Business Owner

Tony has been a full-​time real estate agent since 1993 with Windermere Real Estate. He is a Managing Broker and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). During his career, he has built a knowledge base of residential real estate listings and sales including resale, new construction, land and 1031 tax exchanges. He is very knowledgeable in properties in the Greater Puget Sound area. He has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Montana, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University. He is a member of the local and National Association of Realtors and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. LeeAnn is also a Managing Broker and has real estate experience including residential property management. She has an Associate of Arts from Highline Community College and attended the University of Washington, studying business management. She is an Accredited Staging Professional and a member of local and National Association of Realtors.
