I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 40 years experience helping individuals and couples find creative solutions to life’s issues. I am especially interested in helping individuals deal with substantial, life changing transitions. I have completed the training for Gottman Method couple’s therapy and I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist using the Heart Centered model.

I provide specialty services for partners, former partners and adult children of self absorbed, narcissistic, or borderlines people or of people with sociopathic tendencies.

History

Established in 1990.

From 1975 to 1990 I worked in various mental health centers in the Puget Sound area and since then I have been in private practice treating a variety of adult issues.

I was raised in the Shoreline area north of Seattle before there was a freeway, even before Highway 99 was paved! I graduated from Shoreline High School, Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, and I got my Master of Science degree in Psychology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington.

I am married with four grown children.
