We offer a large variety of Artisan Breads (including French Bread & Pizza Crusts and Cinnamon Rolls!), Pastries, Cakes, Cookies, Bars & Granola. Most of our products are also dairy-free & soy-free. We use only the finest quality local & seasonal ingredients!
History
Established in 2010.
Wildflour Gluten-Free Baking Co. was created in 2010 and initially offered products at local Farmer’s Markets. Wildflour Bakery has since expanded into the Eastside Whole Foods & PCC Natural Markets. After a 2 year search for the perfect Eastside location, Wildflour moved their baking operations from Seattle to Bellevue, where they expanded their business to include a storefront open to the public most Fridays & Saturdays.

Business Owner
Rebecca has been living Gluten-Free since 1994. In the early 90’s were very few gluten-free options available, and those that did exist were barely palatable. While not formally trained as a baker, years of research and recipe development led to the creation of Wildflour. Rebecca is dedicated to providing products with unique flavor combinations, products that honor the seasons, and that have a quality and diversity rare in the Gluten-Free world.
