Coco Fulton is a residential real estate professional helping buyers and sellers understand the nuances in today’s market place. Coco educates along each step of the process, whether it’s identifying the perfect location, utilizing her marketing and advertising background to best position a property, or navigating the multiple contracts to best protect her clients, she always makes certain her clients are well prepared to make the best decisions. Her goal is to help her clients transition into the next chapter of their lives, and have some good clean fun throughout the process! Coco speaks Mandarin Chinese, English and a wee bit of Spanish, too.

Business Owner

Coco was born and raised in Minnesota, traveled west to college at Colorado College and studied Mandarin in Shanghai, China as well as Spanish in Seville, Spain, then moved out west to Seattle in 1995. Coco has lived in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond and know the cities well. Merging a life long love of learning, with the desire to help people and to watch them reach their goals, makes real estate a perfect fit. Coco listens and hears the nuances her clients are relaying. She works hard and educates her clients each step of the way, always there to help.
