History

Established in 2010.

I was a programmer for 25 years before real estate. That’s made me an early adopter in technology in my real estate business. My wife and I started buying and self-​managing rental properties in 2004. That lead to the interest in real estate and change of careers.

It’s been a busy time with a variety of clients: first time home buyers, out of state buyers, foreign buyers, vacation home buyers, luxury home buyers, and flippers.

Father of 3 and happily married since 1986. My wife, Elizabeth, is also a licensed agent. I was born in Kansas. Elizabeth in Taiwan. And we met here in the middle in Seattle. We operate a vacation rental beach house out at the coast (#131 067 on VRBO). I love traveling, kayaking, reading, and opera. But mostly its the kids keeping me busy.
