Worst BK I have ever been to. Why is the bread always stale?! And the food is slopped together in the worst way possible.

Customer service was horrible. I went to buy burgers at night. At that time, there was an elder woman who receive my order and she yell at me when i cant hear hear voice. No more second time here. She was yelling in a rude way.

Ok… Don’t know where to start. The first thing is that the customer service is not good toooooo rude specially Cindy we have been buying burgers from this is store for more then one year and now she doesn’t want to accept our coupon on the app. I don’t understand why Burger King makes an app for the coupon if the store doesn’t accept it. Just bad. There is so many things that I want to say about this store but I’m already tired to write to many essays. And by the way fix the button because she keeps telling me that a button doesn’t work but I told her that I’m just a customer am not there for fixing stuff.

I don’t really eat fast food, but I do enjoy indulging every once in awhile. Stopped by for a quick snack before an appointment down the street. The girl at the register didn’t say a word as I entered, or as I ordered. No «what can I get you?» or «is that all?» Just a total and a number. Ok. Small, quiet, dead, restaurant. Only one other customer inside. It was rather dirty. My food came out surprisingly quick. Like. Freaky quick. I ordered a small side of onion rings and ranch to go. Upon returning to my car and opening the bag, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of onion rings I got. They were super small, but there were a lot. They were also disgusting. The first one I ate without any dipping sauces and it was dripping with grease and just… ew. I opened the ranch to eat a second one and it was worse. The ranch they have is terrible. Blech. Certainly won’t be back for onion rings, if anything at all.

I have had burger king countless times, so I had typical fast food expectations. the experience I had today at this location was fantastic. the person taking my order, his name was Henry, was energetic and enthusiastic. after paying, he addressed me by name and was very polite. I was given my food by a middle aged woman who was very approachable and gave off a sense that she actually cared if I was satisfied. my experience here today was above most any fast food experience I have ever had. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible customer service! They do not know how to manage business when they are busy and to keep customer orders flowing smoothly and customers happy! Do not deserve one star!

If you enjoy being humiliated and talked down to by sassy employees who made a simple mistake that would’ve been easy to fix instead of blaming you, you might enjoy being a customer here. If you enjoy driving away in tears because of how you were treated, then you’d REALLY love being a customer here. I’ve never been so humiliated by someone working in customer service before. I will never ever come back here again. I know it won’t make any difference to their company, but I can’t face being talked to like that again. I feel horrible.

They seriously treat their employees awfully which is a huge turn off. They are so rude to them in front of us customers and their employees are like high school and college kids and it isn’t their fault the place is so understaffed. They also aren’t that nice to customers either. There is only one kid working cashier and handing orders out and they get blamed when they are doing the best they can. What’s worse is that customers are rude to them too and impatient when it isn’t their fault their food isn’t ready and there is only one of them working the front. It’s managements fault. They don’t even seem to care when a customer is unhappy and waiting forever for ice cream. Their soft serve is 50 cents in the summer but it isn’t as good as other soft serves and it looks poorly made appearance wise. I don’t want to eat at a disorganized place where everyone’s yelling and freaking out. They get orders wrong too. People have to wait like 20 minutes for their food so you might as well go to a sit down place with waiters. Their food isn’t even good and definitely not worth waiting so long for. My advice, don’t come here. Go to red robin instead. Or even McDonald’s.

I’m extremely disappointed and baffled by how this place turned from a ok place to chow down to completely ignorant staff members & a unpleasant recent experience. 1st off i’d like to say i’ve been coming to this BK since i was a child. In 2013 i noticed a change in service and food. Mainly the service. They are teenagers working here who stand around doing nothing. One of which is a young man who did nothing but stand around for 10 minutes while i waited to be asked«How may i help you». He did not once come over to greet me. He just stood there a few feet away. There was a few other people in line who also were waiting and did not get served. I left and i think one other gentleman did too after getting so fed up waiting. The food has always been ok. Recently i noticed my food didn’t look as greasy as past years but the food is mediocre now. The place needs a new remodel badly. The seats are hard and very outdated. There’s hardly any customers in the place anymore and very few people behind the counter serving food. I’ve never been the one who goes through the drive thru here but in the past the lines use to be horribly long and very slow. Now there’s almost no backup. Overall i wish management did a better job training its employee’s because its the service that should determine if you’d want to come back or not besides the quality of the food. I do not feel welcomed here & will not be coming back.

I eat here a few time a week when I am too lazy to make lunch. There is a big Blonde woman who serves the drive through. Depending in the day she can be either pleasant or a total B%*tch. Today was the latter. They got my order wrong and after telling here that. She slammed the window in my face. But not before yelling at me that I paid for what I got. Wow!

Burger King #4273 Factoria Mall, 4015128th Avenue S.E., Bellevue, Washington 98006‑6125. I ordered a regular breakfast combo from Shift Manager Cindy [order #200]. The order comes with coffee. I am Mormon and cannot drink coffee because of religious restrictions. I explained this to Cindy and asked to substitute a small soda for that. She refused and said I HADTOBUY a soda in addition to the coffee in the meal. She was very rude and condescending lecturing me on how«her» franchise doesn’t do that for Mormons… I am a person too and this was a horrid attitude and very poor service!

This place is good. I like this place. It’s got the niceness of food. ANDTHEFRIES. THEFRIES. THEFRIES. They are doing so much better now that they don’t have those yucky whatever fries from like a few months ago. They went back to tried and true and the fries are back. THEFRIESARESOMUCHGOODNOW. YOUCANCOMEBACKNOW! In terms of burgers, everything is solid. I don’t think you can really expect that much from a fast food chain, but what you can expect is a quality, clean burger that won’t give you anything more but won’t give anything less. ***Burger King, unlike other fast food chains is still the only restaurant I know where you can ask for a bunch of condiments for free. TAKEADVANTAGEOFTHISGOTDAMMD. FREEBBQ, ZESTYSAUCEISLIKEERMAHGHERD!!! *** BK has been known for doing a lot of good deals so check online a lot and save some money when you come here. The most recent promotional item I got was through BK’s Facebook page!~ Coming from a safety standpoint, I don’t think that the play place is a lawsuit waiting to happen(as some other reviewers have said). They’ve stepped up their game and made it a safe place for small children. Customer service is prompt and quite friendly. They are always ready to take your order and willing to help you out and correct any ordering mistakes, and have been super nice in recommending food items to order when you just have no idea what you want to order. The employees keep the place very clean and this place seems to be run with attention to detail. The only minor complaint I guess I have is that it just seems a bit outdated. The place just feels old, but that doesn’t deter me from coming in at all and is really just nit-picking. BOTTOMLINE: A-OK. Worst visit to a Burger King I can ever recall. It was like the keystone cops. People running around, and no one doing anything. Just drive on by this location, you have been warned!

I thought I walk into a retirement home with all the senior citizen working here. They were friendly but very slow and spook my daughter… very old people scares my daughter. Only reason I came here with the specials on the chicken sandwich for $ 1.04 on July 2−4th promotion and it was close to the stores for my daughter shopping spree. The kid’s meal with chicken tenders aka chicken nuggets wannabe was just Meh to my daughter… she only ate one and munch on the fries. The toy was a Starscream Transformer but it was crap. Big head and legs that go up & down which really didn’t entertained my daughter. The icee drink was just sugar water and weak sauce… can I get some booze in it plzzz? The best thing was the price on the chicken sandwiches and the free BK crown that entertained my daughter. She wore it to sleep that night. lol We went into the kid’s play area and walk straight out since it is an accident waiting to happen. Too Dangerous! I rather and should have went to McDonalds or I love Phở which both are near by or across the street!

Whopper here, whopper there, whopper everywhere! HAVEITYOURWAY. This is where people come for whoppers, right? I personally have never eaten a whopper, but the photo makes them look pretty tasty… I would never come close to eating one because they are easily 700 calories… maybe more. Though, there are a few other better options, that are for the diet esque. For example, cheeseburgers! Chicken sandwiches, salads, and many others… When I was younger, I ate their chicken fingers ALLTHETIME. I also recall their cheese fries… cheese powder to be exact. Not a bad thing! I want to try their dutch apple pies… and funnel cake stix.

Yeah, it’s fast food, but I’m not a snob. Sometimes you need food fast and don’t care if Anthony Bourdain would approve. This location beats other fast food drive-thrus due to the infectious friendliness of its crews, short lines, and absence of «this is worse than I expected» food experiences.

Hahaha! A Burger King review… and I’m not even the first to review it! =) I echo the sentiments about the Angus Burger. More like Anus Burger… there was just something not beef-like about it and it was disconcerting. Also, I’m still not sure whether I thought it was cute or way peculiar that the guy cleaning the windows inside the restaurant seemed to be the cashier’s boyfriend and not an employee. Is he that in love that he’s willing to clean windows to be with her? OR is he so insecure that he has to follow her to work and does stuff around the place so it doesn’t seem too stalker-like? I dunno. I just know I don’t like windex in my anus burger.

Highly overrated! I got the Angus Burger and it reminded me of the 80% soy things we got in school lunches in 1979. Boo. Kiddie play area is a law suit waiting to happen. It was clean — which is more than I can say about any other location I have been to in recent history. Which is why two stars. Micky D’s is right across the street.

The best al fresco dining the Factoria parking lot has to offer. People often come up to me and ask advice on where they should eat — maybe their parents are in town, maybe it’s their boyfriend’s birthday, perhaps they just want some good sushi or a burger. When it’s a burger and it’s a Monday(otherwise known as the day of No Red Mill) I will happily point them in the direction of Burger King. *oh so that’s the sound of de-favoriting“ I know it’s not hip, I know it’s not cool, I know it’s not local, or even remotely good for you… but you know what? Those flame broiled whoppers with fresh lettuce, tomato and onion ain’t bad. Plus, this Burger King has outdoor seating and are serving the experimental«cheesy tots» Yes, folks, cheese in the middle of a tator tot. So leave the pretension at the door, or the drive-through, and indulge in a guilty pleasure.

There’s a big blonde gal who works the drive thru here who is just fantastic. She’s friendly, she’s on top of getting your order exactly right, and I knew it was true love when I got to the window and she apologized to me because we needed to wait for fresh onion rings. we bagged them up, she said, but I didn’t think they were hot. Smiles from me, and where the heck is the tip jar??? Hot onion rings are the DOPE, and cold ones are worse than the cardboard they come in! Burgers and fries are good. The restaurant inside is clean enough and I like that they have newspapers that you can choose to buy or that you can read there while you eat for free. That’s a nice touch.
