Very disappointed today!!. I am a regular client of Juan who owns the fantastic detail shop that shares the building. While waiting for my vehicle, I decided to check out the showroom. After quite some time was never greeted despite admiring an Audi R8 spyder. I have been considering purchasing one but did not know if I was too tall to fit comfortably. I asked one employee who was friendly but could not help. He said, no problem, ask the gentleman in the office who owns the car and has the keys (owner or manager I believe). I did that and was immediately told «no, the car was on consignment and I cannot sit in it». So why does one employee tell me the owner works here, and the other says it is on consignment? Why could I not sit in the car? I can afford it if I so choose, but was dressed in an old t-​shirt and shorts. Clearly I was judged by my attire. I am not used to that as a customer of Porsche Bellevue and Land Rover Seattle where I am always treated with respectfully regardless of what I am wearing.
I have already told three colleagues about the experience and will never step foot in the store again.

Background: I purchased a 14 STi hatchback from Jason Chen (out-​of-​state purchase). Test drove the car while in Seattle for a friend’s wedding. Decide to make the purchase 1 week afterward.
Pro: Great customer service, very straight forward, not the kinda sales where they try to push you to make purchase. Responsive even when the questions might seem a little bit dumb.
Con: Fair price, definitely not on the low end. But given how rare the car is… I’d say it was still a good deal just that the price is not on the low end.
Overall, I would recommend buying cars from him.

So many Car Dealerships to choose from, they are dime a dozen, but Auto Connections of Bellevue is that special one that exist on the eastside that will provide Service, Service, Service, and more Quality Customer Service.
This dealership has taken a very unique approach in selling cars to their customers the right way. Almost every car on the lot will have a full description of the vehicle and price. It is a very casual place where you can take your time and window shop for your favorite cars from the choices they offer and possibly order one if there is none available at the time. They also have more vehicles that are not on the lot due to space limitations but can be viewed by just calling them ahead. prior to your arrival.
During my stroll around the parking area, I didn’t feel like a prey where numerous vultures where circling about waiting for that «pounce.» I’m sure you all know what I mean when we shop for a new vehicle at a dealership: the tension, the anxiety, not to mention the frustration that ultimately leading to a raised blood pressure.
I was taken care of from A thru Z. From finding the right vehicle, to a very simple negotiation of the price, having them arrange financing and then driving away with my new vehicle. My entire purchase process went very smoothly and so will yours. I truly enjoyed purchasing a car for the very first time in my life. It felt good. It felt like I was somewhat empowered.

Best car buying experience for me thus far in my life. Do yourself a favor and go see Jason Chen of Auto Connections of Bellevue. Jason took care of me from the beginning until the delivery of my Lexus GS 350 AWD. I was referred by my friend who also had a positive experience and now I want to refer you Unilocalers. They not only have great cars on site, but you can have Jason find you the car you want with the specs you want. Don’t waste your time going to some shady used car lot where you don’t know what you might get or a big dealer and get ripped off. I recommend calling and making an initial appointment with Jason. Auto Connections now has a customer for life. Thanks for the great service and of course awesome car.

We live about 5 hours from the Seattle area and had driven there to buy a Porsche 911 from another dealer. When that car wasn’t all that it was portrayed to be, and when the salesman there was disrespectful and unhelpful, we decided not to buy the car and head home empty handed.
Before we left though, we checked online one more time, and happened to find the exact car we wanted at Auto Connections of Bellevue.
We called to verify the car was available and ask some questions, which Kurt answered promptly and honestly. The dealership environment was the complete opposite of our first experience. We were greeted, felt welcomed, and immediately felt comfortable with our salesman.
After taking the car for a spin we knew we had to have it. The purchase process was quick and easy. But here’s what really inspired this review:
Just after signing the papers on the car and acknowledging that we are taking it «as-​is,» the «Airbag Failure» light came on when we started the car to drive home. Kurt reassured us that all would be fine and we drove home trouble-​free. A few days later Kurt had me call to set up an appointment at a local shop and took care of the repair bill. He did not have to do that, but did it without hesitation.
My wife and I are thrilled with the service and personal attention from this dealership, and will be return customers. Thank you Kurt, Stu, and all the fine people (and animals) at Auto Connections of Bellevue.

I’ve bought multiple new cars from Stu and the crew at Auto Connections along with some used cars for my kids and I’ve recommended several friends to Stu and most have bought from him too. For new cars, it’s the simplest deal ever. He finds the color, features, etc. that you want and lets you know when he’ll have it. You go in sign the papers (that he has all ready for you) and away you go. On used cars, they seem to always have a CarFax and they have a local mechanic shop go over the car to make sure all maintenance is up to date, etc. I would recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new or used car.

I recently purchased a car Jason Chen at this dealership. It was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. Jason treated me like a friend and not like a sale. He even drove the car 3 hours to my home in Oregon to deliver the car to me. I have never had a car buying experience that wasn’t exhausting and stressful. It is really refreshing to know that some car dealerships still have a model where they are still focused on doing the best thing for their clients instead of just trying to make a buck. We will be keeping in touch with Jason for our future car purchases.

This review could take several pages, but I’ll attempt to explain the reason behind awarding five stars to these guys, well perhaps Simon as opposed to the organization itself, as short as possible.
I purchased a 2010 Audi A4 Avant from Simon late last year. I held a handful of obvious reservations about buying a car ‘online’, mainly due to the fact that I couldn’t test drive it, let alone inspect it with my own two eyes. Simon made every effort to answer all of my inquiries with an abundance of images and was transparent at each step of the purchase. Phone calls, emails, all returned promptly and ‘after normal business hours’ if necessary.
Simon arranged to have the car delivered to me in California, and again, not actually having experienced something like this before, he allayed my apprehension and saved me a lengthy journey to and from Washington which was my initial intention.
Okay, all pretty straightforward and perhaps nothing out of the ordinary…
After a few hundred miles and less than two weeks the car essentially shut down (not while driving). I was pretty upset, a touch livid. Called Simon and he attempted to help troubleshoot the issue whilst on the phone.
After towing it to my local and trusted mechanic, he discovered that the oil separator failed and the spark plugs blew. I was assured that this was simply the ‘luck of the draw’ and an issue that could have arisen at any time. Upon further inspection there were several issues that needed to be repaired and gave me an estimate. He encouraged me to reach out to Simon regarding this list. I kind of laughed it off.
After dwelling on it for a few weeks and almost succumbing to the idea that the responsibility of the repairs indeed lied solely with me (the buyer) I decided to get in touch Simon. I’m so glad that I did. He apologized for the issues that my mechanic had outlined and offered to subsidize payment of the repairs. I honestly did not expect this conclusion and I’ve been compelled to credit Simon in this outstanding review.

Just bought a wheelchair Dodge Caravan SE Van from Roscoe Higgins at Auto Connection. We had looked at two other specialty Mobility Vans. To our horror we were ready to have to use DIAL A RIDE (a great alternative) However, I did not want to have to loose my independence of getting up and go! Saw AD in Craigslist with Contact # for Roscoe and low and behold he brought the Van on Sunday to Everett to show us! It came with Notebook of service records, CARFAX, and previous sale ad from 2007 with Craigslist. Mileage proof right there to vouch with CARFAX! 34 734 miles ! Inside out in perfect condition. Runs like a brand new car. Took care of paperwork and took delivery on Tue.
We are absolutely thrilled with this dealership an Salesman! We made new friends and will never buy a car unless going thru Roscoe and Stu (The Owner) first. It was the first time buying a car and feeling SAFE with NO REGRETS! AT 74 we have purchased enough cars to have experience! They have our 2011 Nissan Cube with 29 250 miles that was our very favorite car till our Auto Connection Van & Dealership! If they do not have your choice of car on there 2 lots and showroom (A Must To See) They will find it rest assure!

The show room is clean. The cars appear to be on the high end and gently used. This is a used car dealership.
Auto Connection in Bellevue had my «almost idea car» however not at the «perfectly ideal price» or «represented by «the ideal sales person».
I had the cash to purchase this car right out the door and I was also considering a potential loan depending on the interest rate. Their sales person assured me that he was going to run a «soft credit check» (in other words «it will NOT «hit my credit report». As a matter of fact I specifically stated to the sales person «I DO NOT want your «soft look» to hit my credit.
Instead of doing what I asked the sales person ran a HARD credit check. I was later told that there is no such thing as a «soft credit check».
The owner’s response to this situation that impacted me was the suggestion that I write to the various credit bureaus and request the removal of this unauthorized hard credit check from my report.
Bottom line: I decided to move in a nicer direction for me and buy what I wanted, where I wanted, from whom I wanted but not this place.

I have bought many cars in my life time, and this is by far the most unfavorable experience I have ever had. Auto Connections of Bellevue has nice cars but they have an arrogance about themselves. On my initial visit, they never even asked me my name. I wanted the car, and they had the car. They obviously knew that. Afterwards, the finance gal promised to call me the following week regarding a question on the extended warranty — she never did. There were a couple promised items that needed to be completed by them and each time it only got done because I continually called and harassed them.
Buy from these guys only because they have nice cars and that is it.

This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle through them and I could not be more pleased.
I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer Limited, very particular on the color. Jason took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions at all times of the day. Because of a delivery situation out of his control, it took longer than expected to take possession. His part was very quick, organized, and easy.
This was the best auto buying experience I have ever been a part of hands down. I will never go to a dealership again.

I bought a 2007 Saturn. After negotiating a reasonable price with Stu (the owner), we realized that there was not a remote included with the car. Stu ordered the remote for me at no extra cost. When it finally arrived, his «electronics guy» was able to program it, again at no extra cost.
It was a pleasant experience. I would go back again.

Bought an Audi S6 from these guys, price was great and sale was quick and easy!
Keith does care about his customers and would do anything to make sure they are comfortable 100% with the transaction.
They are not the pushy salesmen you would usually expect in this industry but acted like professionals.

These are the worst people ever. I’ve been in the market for a new car for quite a while now and I’ve emailed them multiple times asking if I could test drive a few cars they had, I’ve even called and left voicemails. I’ve never gotten a response from them. Not even a «sorry that car was sold». So frustrating when all I’m trying to do is give them business.

Jason Chen was exceptional. He was able to assist us with getting the vechial we wanted and he went above and beyond with helping us with our loan. We highly recommend him and look forward to doing business with him again. We really liked how personal and non stressful it was working with him. It was like getting a car from a close friend, not a pushy salesman.

Used car salesman and honesty are two words I’ve never used together in a single sentence… until now. From beginning to end my experience was the best. No high pressure sales for all that extra stuff like extended warranty and Gap insurance. All this is on top of a great car, in terrific condition at a fair price. I would recommend Auto Connection of Bellevue to everyone!!!

Bought a car from auto connection recently, Had a great experience, i dealt with Stu (the owner) got to say he is really is a man of his word! Got me a more then fair trade value on my car and sold me a beautiful Lexus for the the best price. Defiantly will be buying my next car here.

I bought my beautiful car from Rondi almost 10 years ago and was told by my mechanic that it needed a new transmission. I love my car but I wasn’t going to pay $ 5,000 for a new tranny so I called Rondi at Auto Connections and told her to start looking. She said, «I know you love your car, let’s have my transmission guy look at it». I am so happy I called! Instead of $ 5,000 I paid $ 100 for a transmission fluid service and my car is running beautifully.
Rondi could have easily sold me a car but she helped this client keep the car she loves. Thank you Rondi!

DON’T GO HERE! DON’T USE THEIR DETAIL SHOP EITHER! If you don’t have a lot of money to spend on a car, they could care less about you. I have had my used car for less than a week, I didn’t notice there was a light off in the dash area, a chip in my windshield and the back middle headrest and base were missing. The detail shop did a terrible job detailing. It wasn’t clean.
I had to bring the car back to get the detail redone, they didn’t do a good job at all. The salesman told me (after I gave him cash for the car) after I asked them if they would be willing to take care of all these problems and the fact that the check engine light came on today (it’s been less than a week since I bought the car) «It’s not my problem, it’s your car now.»
I called back to speak with the manager, the manager is trying to accuse me of taking advantage of them. These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY.
DON’T BOTHER TO BUY A USED CAR HERE OR GET YOUR CAR DETAILED. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
I have since spoken with other detail shops in the area and other auto places and have been told that many people have complained about this company.
