This is a great ride service. Paul is very professional and courteous. Always on time and the car is always immaculate. He also knows great routes to get around some of the Seattle traffic. I won’t call anyone else.

The owner drove me from Mill Creek to Sea Tac airport, he was very courteous, I changed my time twice, called him numerous times, no complain from him, he said yes. He was on time, very professional and accommodating, He was pleasant from the time I made my reservation to dropping me off at the airport. The car was humongous, comfortable and super clean no smell at all. Will definitely be calling them when ever we have to go to the airport, hassle free for me not driving and I did not park our vehicle at the airport, and will surely recommend it to our friends and anyone who needs a taxi. Really easy pick up and drop of service. Paul was pleasant and professional. Will recommend it

Unprofessional, rude & discourteous. I called this service to inquire if they travel to Auburn. I was told yes but «they would expect to become compensated» instead of setting a firm rate above their standard. Once Paul showed up and took the address, he began complaining about the rate and the distance — while 4 people were in his car waiting to be driven to a wedding! He also complained about the roads — they were all paved freeways and roads with the exception of the last 10 yards! He all but threatened not to drive us until I offered to pay a higher rate. He then drove us — but is a horrible driver. He used a GPS that was on his lap and was frequently looking down. he constantly pumped the gas and braked suddenly several times. He was then late to pick us up. Lastly he had the nerve to confirm that he expected me to pay the higher rate I offered — plus tip! Not a chance. I would neither hire this person again not recommend him.

Paul was prompt, courteous and made our trip from Kirkland to SeaTac Airport and back stressfree. Town car was clean and comfortable. $ 55. ea. way. We will use him again!
