company contacted them to jump start my car. they arrived in less than the stated time of 70 minutes. called them directly to see if they could rush since it was 12 degrees out.
once irfan arrived, that was his name, i think, hope i got it right. he knew just what to do, moved swiftly, was creative, careful and pleasant. he went above and beyond and i couldn’t thank him enough.

I called Mastermind Towing Inc in Long Island City for a tow on a Sunday to an auto repair shop a few blocks away (I had a broken axle) and they arrived within 15 minutes. The driver did the job with a smile and was very fast.
My only complaint is that in order to get the car off the tow truck, the tow truck driver and the mechanic assistant ended up damaging my car’s radiator so that it needed to be entirely replaced which was extremely costly (an extra $ 200 in addition to the already-​costly repairs). If I had known better, I would not have allowed them to use a car jack on the front of the car to get it off the tow bed. I think the tow truck driver should have realized from experience that the radiator would be damaged if a jack was placed at its front to lift it. He should have tried to get the car off the tow truck another way.
Live and learn, I guess.

Obnoxious, horribly rude, and cocky tow service. I guess because they have contracts with the manufacturers they don’t need to be polite to their customers.
