Nassau Collision Corp

We have taken two cars to Nassau collision. Each time, the work was done beautifully and for a reasonable price. I strongly recommend using them since I have been disappointed with other body shops in the past. Ricky also has a knack for making you feel good about your decision to use them. He’s a nice guy and an honest businessman.

Place is awesome. My car took some bad damage to the right side. Needed new bumper, fender, headlights and other things. Total labor was like 5000 with a high deductible. Speak to RICKY. I told him my situation and he ate half my deductible. My car looks great like I had just bought it and he washed and waxed it when I picked it up. Great place to go to. Ricky is great

Very poor customer service. Ricky has poor communication skills.
I brought my car to Ricky to get an estimate and he was nice enough to take my car apart and take a look at it. Ricky estimated it would cost more than the insurance company had initially given me. He submitted a supplemental form and when the insurance adjustor came to inspect the car, and it was decided the insurance’s estimate was initially too low, and that the car was now totaled ($ 3,400 in repairs). During this week Ricky was on vacation and was not at the shop. I decided to keep the car, took the money from my insurance, and went to pick my car up. Ricky was still on vacation and I was told I could come back the next day as Ricky would be back at the shop and would be the one to help me. When I phoned Ricky the next day, he was incredibly rude and he belittled me asking why «I brought him a totaled car.» When I had explained what had happened he acknowledged he forgot about the supplemental form and that he didn’t even know the adjustor came to inspect the vehicle. His team did not inform him of what happened with my vehicle. We both understood this was a mistake on his part for forgetting. At that point Ricky became very salty over his mistake. He kept asking me to tell him how much I got for the vehicle and I said I didn’t think it was relevant as I was willing to pay whatever to get my lights and blinkers put back on. Once I told him I wasn’t going to tell him he immediately became offensive again and refused to work on my vehicle!
I understand nobody likes to be caught with a mistake, but that is no excuse to stay angry and refuse service. If Ricky would take the time to listen to his customers and maybe even do a briefing on the cars he’s working on, he could avoid more issues like this in the future. You shouldn’t accuse the customer of fault when you don’t have the facts.

In the last couple months I have got into two accidents, Nassau Collision is the by far the best place to get any repair. Ricky is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet and has amazing prices, as well as amazing work. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here. I’m a new driver and Ricky explained everything and was super easy to work with. He made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything would get done beautifully and fast, which it was!

My new car was rear ended, I took it to Nassau Collision. Ricky took care of the insurance company paper work and made my car perfect once again. I Highly recommend to family and friends!!! I will definitely come back if i needs repairs. Ricky, Thanks again for a perfect job on my 2015 Avalon.

Bus backed into my pathfinder which I only had for a few months and caused roughly $ 5000 worth of damage. Ricky was able to take care of the insurance people for me and get the car repaired faster than the estimated time. As promised, he got me dealer parts and the paint job came out flawless. I am very detailed oriented and going over the work with a fine tooth comb, I couldn’t see a difference if I had just bought the car new.

They fixed my car for a great price and it looks good as new. Ricky was a pleasure to deal with and I would gladly recommend that people bring their car issues here.

Brought my 2008 Audi A6 to Nassau Collision body shop some time ago. Ricky was very direct explained the estimate and process. The work was performed beautifully, and was done ahead of schedule. If you need any body work done I’d check out Ricky’s Nassau Collision before you spend more anywhere else. I will definitely comeback in the future.
