Splashed Mobile Detailing

I do not recommend Splash at all. I was looking through Groupon to find a car detailing deal. I found that Splash would come to your location for about $ 70 plus tip if you are within a certain mile radius and wash your car inside and out. Manny told me that if I went straight through him instead of using the Groupon he would include a shampoo for the inside of the car. Well, I definitely regret that decision. I wish I would have gone through Groupon, so I could ask for a total refund. First of all, the inside of the car felt greasy. I had to wipe my hands off after touching the steering wheel. Whatever chemicals they use are apparently very cheap. They totally forgot to do the trunk. When I opened the trunk there where crumbs and leaves as it was obviously untouched. The worst part of all was that they didn’t let the inside of the car dry properly so it reeked like vinegar after it dried. It was so bad, my coworkers wouldn’t ride in my car and I had to drive with the windows down. When I called and emailed Manny to let him know that the job they did was unacceptable he didn’t respond. After four attempts, he said that they would provide a free cleaning since they messed up. When I contacted him and his partner to schedule the free cleaning, they mysteriously disappeared again. I learned the hard way– do not pay for a cheap car detail because you will get amateurs with no regard for customer service.

Awesome! I had Manny and Greg come out to my office yesterday to take care of my Mercedes E350 and they did an outstanding job. If you’re looking for professional work done at reasonable prices, these are the guys to call. We’ll do business again.

Before I start off, I have to say that I have high expectations for auto detailing due to my previous detailer who is now retired. He spoiled me rotten and now I can’t find anyone that has been able to do a comparable job.
with that being said here’s my take on «getting splashed»
3.5 *** for quality and I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt since they weren’t in their best condition due to just having come from washing 70 cars…
4 guys arrived on location to detail 2 cars for me. 1 white «mini SUV» and 1 black sedan. services performed include: spot cleaning, leather conditioning, vacuum carpets, clean between all cracks/​crevices, clay bar treatment/​polish, tire dressing, and… all I can think of for now
it took about a total of 4 hours to do both cars. The only big disappointment is that they were unable to completely get out some stains that were left on the leatherette from a previous seat cover. they managed to get most of it out, but there were still some dark marks left on the seat. 5 *** service — they were receptive of my constructive criticism and I had a few. hehe
When I pointed out specific areas where I noticed could use more attention they were very nice about addressing all my concerns until I was satisfied. This is what counts and I would use their services again base alone on that itself!
They detail int/​ext for ~140 up depending on car.
