Made an appointment, and showed up 5 minutes early, Mr. Tire then proceeded to take 2 hours to replace 2 tires.
At this rate, each employee can only replace 8 tires in a day. I’m unsure how they stay in business at this rate of production. I’m half joking, but it really did take a long time, for someone with an appointment, I’d hoped to be given service in a manner that was more, I don’t know, expedited?

Not sure how you miss a gigantic crack in the wheel, but Mr. Tire did. I told them the tire was gradually losing pressure, they said they couldn’t find anything, so i bought a new tire. after «expert» inspection and
installation by their staff my new (Not 1 day old) tire lost pressure and partially peeled off the wheel as I was turning a corner. If I knew how to build a case and take them to court, I would. Forgive me for assuming a place named «Mr. Tire» employs people who understand how a wheel works. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE do not trust these people with your car

I am so so saddened. I have come here a lot and always trusted them. Had some pretty pricey repairs, too. Imagine how I felt when I was quoted $ 600 just for the part I need, only to call a GM dealer and get quoted $ 215 for the very same part. I am heartbroken. I wonder how many other things I have been grossly overcharged for???
Update! Had the vehicle checked out by the GM dealer and guess what? The part I was quoted isn’t even what is wrong with the car! Gad. I think that’s it for me.

This place is great. I have been here twice, both times in semi-​emergency situations and both times I was treated exceptionally well, the price was not just fair but great and the service was fast and guaranteed. They even squeezed me in with no appointment both times. The people there are super nice and I overheard them use first names with at least three or four people who came in while I was waiting. This is in contrast to the dealer I had just visited at Jones Junction when, for being there only 10 minutes or so, I overheard two very angry customers arguing with the staff over being overcharged for simple services. In short, for anything relating to wheels, tires and basic services, I will definitely go back to this Mr. Tire.
