Great quality and fresh sandwiches. Their service is always excellent and they have many locations. A welcome change from bland and ordinary Subway. Plus they deliver.

Jimmy John’s fast, fresh, and yummy… Only purveyors of Heilman’s mayonnaise west of the Rockies! A nice lunch, dinner in a pinch! It’s also very economical!

I live pretty close to this location, but often will order food when I just don’t feel like leaving the house. Their sandwiches are top notch in quality, fresh veggies that have none of the artificial taste of some of the other large chains, meats that aren’t over salty, and toppings of decent variety as well as good pricing. That, however, is true of many, many sandwich places, in the many states i’ve lived. What is truly exceptional is how *fast* they are, without sacrificing quality. My last two orders, I was stunned by the speed of the two preceding orders… so I timed it. I ordered online. Two different sandwiches, two different sets of toppings + sides. First order was placed at dinner time on a weekend(about 5:30). It took literally only 13 minutes from the time I clicked send to the time the friendly guy knocked at my door with food. The second order I timed, placed again at dinner time, this time a week day. Two different sandwiches with different toppings, from the time I clicked send to the time it arrived at my apartment: 11 minutes. Now… this location is a 5 – 6 minute drive from my apartment… with traffic in the area, and stop lights… it’s closer to 10 minutes. I’ve begun thinking that these sandwich makers have somehow changed physics to bring you a sandwich faster. It’s like Interstellar… they have somehow placed the location perhaps near a black holes gravitational pull. Perhaps they see time and feel the passage of it different that us non sandwich people. All I know is, it took me longer to decide what kind of sandwich I wanted than it did for them to make it, and deliver it. I spent longer eating it. Now, that’s kind of impressive.

Pleased to say Jimmy John’s has stepped up their game. I now get TWO napkins without even asking and my delivery time is right around 15 minutes. Good job guys!

It’s definitely fast. Walked in with a line of 5 people and walked out with my food like there was no line at all. It is fast food, however, so not like it’s the most amazing food ever. It’s dependable, fast, and consistent food.

Over the last few years I have visited a few local Jimmy John’s maybe 15 – 20 times. I always thought their sandwiches were pretty tasty especially for the price point. Last month I received a gift card for JJ with a large amount loaded onto the card. I have been to several locations over the last month approximately 10 times. The two locations I have gone to the most are the Evergreen location and the Cedar Hills location. My review is for both locations because I have had the same problems at both. Walk in– Get greeted by a sandwich maker and they ask me what I want. I explain my sandwich and ALWAYS ask for them to cut it in half. The person starting my sandwich repeats my order and passes the sandwich down the line. I would say 7 out of the 10 times the sandwich is NOT cut in half! What is the deal? Do they like people eating their sandwiches with the backend exploding out when your halfway through it? They should be cut in half automatically. And the only reason why the few were cut in half was because I had to tell them several times as the sandwich made it down the line. Checkout– Some young person who doesn’t want to be there takes my gift card. For some reason their registers have a hard time reading their gift cards. I learned something after the first time using the card when the manger had to come over. They have two scanners on the register. The NEW one and the OLD one on the upper portion of the register. The manger told me, after getting my card to work, that he kept the old scanners active because they work with the gift cards. What do you think happened after going in the next 9 times? Their employee tries scanning my gift card on the new scanner and it won’t work. I have to tell them to use the old one. Several times the employees would get annoyed by me telling them to try the old one. The employees would say«it doesn’t work» or «that’s not a scanner.» This scenario played out every time! Get new gift cards that work or train your employees better on how to scan them! My personal opinion– The place is filled with employees that are probably paid at minimum wage. Maybe hire less employees at a higher wage and they might actually care about working there. Again, this review is for both Evergreen and Cedar Hills. Same problem at both. Cut your sandwiches in half or at least listen to your customer.

We were heading to the coast and wanted a good sandwich for cheap and some water. I got the Plain Jim, thinking it might have some lettuce, a tomato… something. It was THEEDRYEST sandwich I have ever had. So boring. I guess I should have read the menu. It is seriously so Plain. I don’t even know why they sell it. Also, we wanted some water…$.25. Who the heck charges $.25 for water? Really petty location. Not sure if it is others, but this location was not good.

My friends and I got 3 veggie subs and all 3 of us agreed it was the worst veggie sandwich we have ever had. It was so awful and bland! Tasted like dispair.

I finally can say I’ve found the worst subs! Horrible bread and not enough meat or veggies inside!

No complaints here. I love this place! Love that they deliver and they come speedy quick. I always get the LuLu or BLT, yet I’m sure all their sandwiches are excellent. FYI: obsessed with their bbq chips. Wish they made it in bigger bags.

Well, it’s my daughters new fave because she can have an unwich. Basically a sandwich wrap in lettuce. The regular stuff was very good. Fast friendly people. Even re made my daughters selection after she saw them put mayo on it. Can’t beat a place willing to correct a mistake. We will come back for sure. They deliver. My wife loves to hit this spot on her lunches. I can see why!

sometimes I’ll show up for the pre-lunch rush and feel like a star as all the employees are ready to make you a sandwich about as quickly as you can finish ordering it. The employees have always been super nice and enthusiastic. It’s super fast and good eats too. I always get peppers and sauce added and recommend the french bread. …if only the heated the sandwiches… I like to zap it in the microwave, really brings out the juices and flavors. The online ordering is super handy and the delivery is freaky fast!

Absolutely amazing sandwiches, HORRIBLE customer service. We’ve been have sandwiches delivered to our home for the last two months… fantastic food, has always been prompt,(even though they had an extra number in our house number). They(their manager specifically) ruined all of that today, and we will never go back. Home sick from work, called to have a sandwich delivered(which is not at all out of the norm) and was told by their manager that they won’t deliver here, due to us being out of the delivery range. SERIOUSLY?!! No matter that they’ve been delivering here for over a month(we average twice a week), and no matter that we consistently tip the drivers a minimum for $ 5 each time, «we’re out of their delivery zone, and there’s nothing that they can do about it». When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the man on the line was the manager, and had he known his drivers were delivering here prior to the phone call today, he’d have never allowed it. Day late and a dollar short buddy. Your team set the standard, and you’ve now lost a regular customer from ever spending another dollar in your store.

I LOVEJIMMYJOHNS! This was one of the first places I discovered when I moved here a year ago. Such quality eats! So very, very fast and tasty! I walked in the first time, asked the girl at the counter what she liked to eat, and she said«#12, no tomato, add bacon, mustard and pepper mix». I haven’t had a different sandwich since. I had a sandwich delivered for the first time last week. It was at my door 5 minutes later, no lie. This place is great, and there’s no beating Jimmy Johns.

Jimmy John’s has got it going on. Yup, this is the place to get yourself a sandwich in a hurry. I mean, BAM, most of the time your sandwich is half made when you’re still paying. They have plenty of options for what you want BUT I always go with the Italian Night Club — meat, meat, meat, cheese and vinaigrette. Add in the soft, fresh bread of theirs and you have a good feast on your hands. They are reasonably priced, prompt, and they have their own chips too! Or you can get a giant pickle. My only complaint is the music is SOLOUD. Yeah, that may age me a bit but for the love of God, you sometimes have to yell to your dining companion to be heard.

Beach Club all the way!!! That, and a big whole pickle!!! Best combo ever. It’s so delicious, and the bread is so good. Way better than any subway sandwich. I wish there was a Jimmy John’s in Cali… I can’t find a better pickle anywhere other than Jimmy John’s! Service is always good, fast, and o m g, their bbq chips are so good, too! Amazing!!!

Definitely the best chain sandwich around. Now, if Monkey’s Subs or Beaverton Sub Station were closer to my work than Jimmy Johns they’d be getting my business instead… really though, this is a good sandwich and as someone who doesn’t like 85 different vegetables on my sub I like that these are standard with lettuce/tomato only. Fresh meats, good bread. I like. Points for the speedy service and delivery, although I damn near hit one of the delivery drivers with my Jeep as he ran through the parking lot. [shaking cane] And speaking of things that make me feel like an old lady, TURNTHEDAMNMUSICDOWN. Seriously, to go is the only way unless you brought your own headphones. The interior is too echoey for that noise level. The cashiers don’t speak up either. Oh lord I AM getting old. But uh, good sammich. I willl be back!
