I don’t know why I keep coming back to this location. The employees rarely get the orders right and today they are opening an hour late.

Very friendly people. Good customizable options and dairy free. Much improved from the Jamba Juice of years ago

Yes, this is a Five Star Review for the Tanasbourne Jamba Juice. My husband and I both comented as we left what nice people were working there. Super friendly, quick, professional. The owner should be proud of his Staff. We had an Aloha Strawberry Pineapple Drink with a shot of protein, it was delicious! We had a sample on the way out of the Line Colada. That’s our next Jamba Treat! Good job Guys~

3.5– nice people, tasty product. I come here a lot. It’s a refreshing midday snack/quick lunch/treat or any combination of the above. It’s spendy– there’s a level of guilt that comes with buying a $ 6 beverage(that does not come with alcohol), but it is somewhat negated by the idea that it’s good for me. I tend to buy this to take when I see my grandmother too– since she(surprisingly) likes it and it’s something she can eat even when not feeling well. This location is often overwhelmed, but well staffed. The last two times I went they screwed up my order/forgot about half of it, but I’ll still go back because, well, it’s good for me, right? Also– the parking lot is an odd configuration and no one seems to be paying attention(apparently they are sipping Jamba Juice instead). Watch out– I’ve seen many bumpers crunched.

Friendly employees. Service a little slow but they seemed new. Lack of stars because they put yogurt in a dairy free a acai bowl and well that’s not good if your vegan. Actually this would have sent a friend of mine to the hospital. Jamba consistently has poor quality control. They did remake item and were very apologetic. Raised from 1 star to 3.

It’s tough to write a review for chains, because they all generally do exactly what they’re supposed to do adequately well, and within each brand, they’re all about the same. This Jamba Juice is no different. They have the expected array of fruity-juicy-smoothie drinks, in three sizes, and a number of «boosts» you can add to enhance your bevvy(Soy and Whey Proteins, Fiber, Vitamins, etc.) I’ve been drinking Jamba for years now, probably at least once a month for the past decade. The drinks are as good as always, albeit their prices have crept upward over the years. I also like their apple-cinnamon pretzels. They’re just solid enough to provide a tummy-filling complement to their lighter juice drinks, and they and a smoothie make a perfect combination for those of us «on the go» who must eat while on the road driving from one appointment to the next like a busy honeybee on spring’s flowers.

Pretty good smoothie! They were friendly and efficient. Calories and price seemed a little high for me.

Good drinks and not too sweet. Do not stop in if it’s busy. The drinks take a whole to make and it’s your normal loud strip mall smoothie store.

Jamba Juice consistently offers exactly what one expects. In this case, that means pseudo-healthy smoothies, slightly exorbitant prices, and a staff of teenage girls. Granted, the smoothies are delicious, which is kind of the main point, so this place edges into three star category. It’s worth noting that the staff will flirt with you if they deem you cute; especially if you use an exotic name when ordering your drink. I recommend using Archibald, Sebastian, or Xavier. If you’re not a dweeby teenage boy trying to flirt with the staff, you can probably just stick with your real name. Or something like Joe. Joe is always safe. If you’re not a teenage boy but you’re still trying to flirt with the staff, you should probably just leave. Chances are you’re being really creepy.

I was desperate for a smoothie and wasn’t near my beloved Emerald City Smoothies so I settled for Jamba Juice. Walked in and there were a few other people in there standing around. There wasn’t a distinct line to order or pay. The cash register person just made eye contact with someone who hadn’t ordered yet and called them up «hi what can I get you.» I watched as he made eye contact with every single person to order until there was no one left except me. Then he walks away and starts making drinks with the other 3 people working there. All four staff kept looking around and talking to each other once in a while making eye contact with me, not even smiling or asking if I’ve been helped. Next thing I know it, everyone who had ordered had received their drinks and left. I was the only one left standing in the store and no one even thought to themselves«is she waiting for her drink? What’s her order? Did we even take her order yet? Oh shit she hasn’t ordered yet.» NOPE. No such thought process ran through their minds. I was so livid. I thought about just leaving and not giving them my business. But I thought to myself they should know how bad their customer service was. I walked up to the counter and made eye contact with the guy who was taking orders and told him firmly that no one has taken my order and no one has even acknowledged me ever since I walked in. He was caught by surprise and seemed really embarrassed by it. GOOD! Shame on you and all the other musical high school teeny boppers working here! bTW I got the chocolate PB lover drink and it tastes like crap! Can’t wait for an Emerald City Smoothie!

I have been going here since I was 11. Never had a problem with this location at all, the smoothies are always delicious. Jambas are pretty straight forward but great customer service is always a plus.

The folks who work the early morning shifts are wonderful! The few times a month we stop in for breakfast before work, they’re great! One of them even remembers our orders which, is impressive! Clean location. Friendly, timely, accurate service, with delicious drinks and good food– can’t ask for much more!

This is a place that I used to love. I’ve been coming here for years know, and since it’s in my way to the office, it’s always great to stop there to have some fresh orange juice. I used to look forward to it. The personnel were always courteous and prompt, and their products had always been fresh and tasty, tough somewhat overpriced. In the last month I’ve had a few incidents that seriously make me question coming back to this Jamba Juice. The first one, an attendant refusing to serve me a smoothie smaller than 16 ounces. Now, had I been on the other side, I would have just made the regular size one and served it in a smaller cup. Why not. Keep your customer happy. But not this time. I was told, in a very curt manner, that they wouldn’t sell it. Period. Any other thing? No? NEXT. I decided I could give them a pass. One rude person doesn’t make the store, does he? So I continued to frequent the place, as usual. Today they wouldn’t serve me orange juice. The machine won’t turn on, they said. Well, we used to have juice even before we turned to machines, did you know? You have the oranges. You have a knife. You sell juice. I have the money. But no dice: no juice for me. Well, let’s have a wrap, with hot sauce. The wrap came out cold, with no hot sauce. Oh well. Not the best way to start your day, isn’t it? I got my money back. I didn’t want my money back, I wanted an orange juice and a wrap. Unfortunately it would take for a competitor to open nearby, so that consumers as me would have an option. As things stand, I guess I’ll be getting my oranges and I’ll be squeezing myself at home. Hey, I can even do it with no electricity!

Always a great time going in here. The girls making smoothies are friendly and make small talk. They always have samples out. They make suggestions on something that might be like something else I like. I look forward to coming here on my lunch break all the time.

At the tender age of 16 I got a job at a Jamba Juice. Shortly thereafter, my evil boss schedule me on the day I had requested off and insisted on insulting my juice skills in front of a establishment filled with customers. It was at that point when I told him to fuck off and walked out on the job, blenders full of frozen fruit and line out the door. They have clearly changed there management style because the employees here are elated to be at work. I can barely pry my eyes open when I roll here in the morning and I am greeted with a good morning and a blinding smile. Jamba surfs the changing tide of new fads. They have juices with coconut water, all fruit, veggies! Lately I have been big on toppers which is juice, granola and banana. They’re great for breakfast. They also have oatmeal which kicks the kind you heat up in the microwave square in the ass. Juices are always consistent and just what you’d expect from a smoothie.

I love Jamba Juice. Aside from the constant«JAMBA!» shouting coming from the employees I do enjoy the smoothies. They have done a decent job at creating more«healthy» options, whether you get an all fruit, fruit & veggie, or their low cal ones they all taste pretty darn good! The prices kinda stink though. $ 4+ for a small size is nuts. But alas, I am too lazy to make one for myself. *blast you Jamba*

My love. I will cherish you forever. There are items here that are not so healthy, but so many things that are. I like that I can get my daily vitamin or energy boost without taking a pill or drinking coffee. Two of my favorites are: Tropical Awakening Get Up Mango And, well… anything with mango. They have baked goods that they warm up for you and they become addictive. Sometimes when I’m in a rush I go here for breakfast and/or lunch.
