Like the review above us, we have had the same experience with them. The one time we went into their location we got service and had some shirts printed. Their prices are high but they did a good job.
After that we literally can not get a reply from e-​mails or any type of sensible service.
Their product was good but without customer service there is no business.

To be honest I can’t give them a full review because they’ve pretty much brushed me off from the start. I’ve e-​mailed for quotes and even tried to call, but to no avail. I’ve never had that happen with printers before.
So, I don’t know if their products are worth a positive quote cause I’ve never gotten past step one with them
