FIX IT AUTO Rocks! My car was rear ended recently so my husband told me to drop it off there. The guy met me outside, explained the process, took my info AND told me how to communicate with State Farm Insurance. AMAZING! Since State Farm told me nothing, i kept calling Fix it to get info. They walked me thru the entire process start to finish. Helped me communicate with Insurance (mine and the Lady who hit me). Since it took 4 days to repair, i had a rental car which i picked up on site. Fix it kept me in the loop on all repairs, when it was complete i was able to drop the car and pick up my car in about 15 minutes… It was all great! Next, i called them to order a part for my car, dropped over ordered the part, then received a car in about 2 days, brought it in and they repaired it on site immediately with out any cost to me other than the part i ordered… BOOM! Last, i needed a headlight repaired, called and was told to drop over, they told me which part to get and where to get it and hurry back. once i returned they took the car right in, replaced the headlight (AUTO ZONE) sold me the wrong one), but FIX IT happened to have a correct one! Fixed it with again, no cost to me. I cannot say enough about how well this place preforms. If you don’t live near HWY 26 and Murray road, i would say COME ON OUT! They are well worth the drive. YES, i would take my car there again and tell all my friends to do the same.

This place does amazing work, I will definitely return. Staff was courteous, and knowledgeable. My 2014 Dodge Ram truck looks amazing.

These guys are the best! I can always count on them for fast, friendly, reliable and affordable service. Everyone who works here will be on my Christmas list this year! No joke! Love them and will never be going anywhere else! Rick won’t let your car be repaired with just any crappy part that the insurance adjuster always pushes for, the boys in the shop are super knowledgable and Krystal in the office is such a ray of sunshine! Thank you guys for your incredible service, you never let me down!

I was involved in a rear end accident in 2010 and Fix Auto did a fantastic job in repairing my Chrysler 300 back to new condition. Just last week the locking mechanism for my trunk would not allow to open. I brought it back to Fix Auto and they repaired it for no charge since they did the work a few years back. I will definitely go back there again. Rick and his crew were great.

Unfortunately I had two incidents on my car in the same month, where I needed body work done. Both times that I took it to fix it auto the customer service was excellent, the prices was competitive, they gave me updates while the car was in the shop and they took care of dealing with my insurance. They did an excellent job and I’m very impressed with the final outcome on both incidents. I would highly recommend them!

Sadly this isn’t my first experience with FIX auto, but joyfully I choose to have them do my repairs when needed.
In Oregon State you can go to any repair shop of your choice, but some insurance companies have «established relationships» with certain shops, this means they will not have to send out an «adjustment agent» to compare the estimate with other shops. Fix just happens to be «established» with State Farm ins and I had just happened to be hit by another State Farm ins holder.
I was rear ended last Monday, I had no clue how bad the damage was since I was still able to drive, but I was able to rest assured knowing that the other party had State Farm ins and my previous experience with SF and Fix auto were both excellent. I Finally took my car in midweek to get an estimate and was immediately told that my car was in no shape to drive, that the bumper had been smashed in so badly that it had covered the exhaust, and had since melted away at the bumper. before I was able to process the thought of not having my beloved Subaru for a week, The guys had a rental car called in for me and on its way… after some brief questions, I was on my way back to work in a rental car.
3 business days later I got a call first thing in the morning saying my little gem of a car would be available for pick up after 4:30. When I pulled up, I was in love all over again, my car looked better then when I drove it from the car lot, it had been washed, vacuumed, wiped down and lookin’ all fresh! I handed over my rental keys, signed a document, reminded of their guarantee of all of their repairs and was thanked for choosing to do business with Fix Auto.
The process was so easy, I do not recommend getting into a car accident, but if you need some car repairs I do recommend Fix Auto. My car came back looking better then before I bought it!

I had the best experience with Fix Auto Beaverton. The staff was amazing and they absolutely went above and beyond in terms of their customer service. I had an issue with my new car seats and when I couldn’t get anyone from any of the fire stations or anywhere to look at them, Chad called the sherrifs department and had someone come out the shop to take a look and ensure that they were properly fit. He had his staff take out time in their day to make sure my kids would be safe in my car. Defniitley wasn’t something that Fix Auto needed to do.
The entire staff made me feel like I was so important. They had great communication with me about my car and my car looks great!
I would HIGHLY recommend using this body shop.

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Shoddy work, poor quality control and their mantra seems to be, «Hey that looks pretty good, you can’t expect it to be perfect can you?» They missed painting areas of the replaced parts, parts didn’t line up properly, broke my AC then didn’t want to pay to fix it. and on and on. Stay away from them.

I just picked up my vehicle after having a new front fender replaced and the bumper repaired.
They did an awesome job matching the paint and the new fender fits better than the original one.
Their pricing was competitive.
There was a cost over run. After they got the car apart they found that the front head lite was bad and needed to be replaced. When I picked up the car they showed me the bad one.
I recommend them as the repairs were perfect and done on time.

We took our car here for an insurance estimate. They became really aggressive after the estimate and didn’t want to release the car to us when we wanted another shop to do the repairs. I would not recommend or use again in the future.

I had a great experience with bringing in my Honda for a collision repair. I had a very low-​stress experience with this shop. One of the high points of this shop is that they have an established relationship with my insurance company, which made the whole process very smooth. I brought my car in for an estimate on Monday, and I had it back on Friday — not only was my car fixed and looking like new, but they vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car, too.
