Good sandwiches. Cold ambiance, staff appears busy, but too busy to assist much.

I love Best Baguette! My coworkers and I are a little addicted to bubble tea and they have a ton of great flavors and different types of boba, pearls, jelly, etc. Good sandwiches too. Workers are always friendly and remember my special bubble tea order when I come in. Coconut base with coconut milk, with mango jelly and no sugar syrup is the best combo there is!

No better place to grab a quick bahn mi or lunch on the run. Prices are fantastic. Veggies are always crisp and fresh. Just the right amount of everything. No need to drive through any of the fast food on CHB — stop in here. You’ll be in/out within 10 minutes with fresh food… where else can you do that?

Meh at best, they screwed up my sandwich and were only almost nice, mostly ignored me, and what I did end up with was inedible at best, basically just a bunch of different kinds of fat on some bread with a small single piece of lettuce, I just threw away my money going here, since I don’t want to eat fat and bread for a meal, and now I’m still hungry and have to spend more money so I can actually eat, obviously I’ll never be back.

Best $ 3.50 I ever spent was on the Asian Veggie sandwich. Love the green tea smoothies and custard buns. When I moved to the neighborhood I couldn’t believe how inexpensive and delicious everything was here. Now I go in at least once a week for a sandwich, a pastry, or a drink.

Since moving away from Portland, came back here recently to grab a bahn mi. Just as delicious as I remember it. Some of the staff that I remember are still there, they are still friendly and quick to make your order. I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches, got the egg & bacon… delicious! The baguette is super fresh in the morning so wake yo butt up! Also, we got the grilled pork bahn mi, this is one of my favorite bahn mi sandwiches there, pork is good and all the daikon & carrots are so delicious with the jalapeño. Prices are awesome for the size of the bahn mi you get. Had a great time taking a stroll down memory lane and will definitely be back when in town!

If you’re looking for a great baguette/Asian sandwich on a budget, or even not on a budget, look no further. The prices just can not be beat! $ 2.95 will get you a great sandwich that is perfect for on the go, at work or school, or even a cheap date night. Always looking for an excuse to eat here. Try it out!

This place serves up astoundingly good sandwiches(seriously, my friends and I sat down one day to try to figure out why they are so good — we decided they must contain crack), generously sized, for $ 3.50! Service is always friendly and quick. They also have baked goods and bubble tea. I consider myself lucky to work across the street and eat lunch there once a week.

Best baguette literally has thee best baguettes. You’ll get their baguettes and nothing will compare by miles. Sadly I can only get this in Portland and Hawaii has nothing to compare to how amazing it really is. My all time favorite that I always get(plus an extra one… Coz really… Who can only have one? !?!) is the Saigon bacon

Edit: A user named«Vinceirontager C.» privately messaged me about this review which I would presume is a worker at Best Baguette and started to berate me about my review. He claims I have worked with him at Best Baguette and I was fired for poor service. Firstly, get your facts straight. Go talk to your boss so you can realize that I’ve never worked at your store. Secondly, you think that by harassing others through a review website privately will get me to change my rating? Thirdly, my friends were with me when the incident happened. If you need them to verify what happened, I’m more than willing to ask them to share their experience as well. I highly recommend individuals to NOT go to this location for their customer service. If you need proof whatsoever, message me privately and I’ll show you what they have written to me. — — — — — — – I use to love this place due to their customer service. Now, with the new workers though, I would rather go to other areas. I was buying bubble tea for my friend and I but we both wanted half a cup each. They charged me an extra 50 cents(which I understand since they had to split it into two cups). The guy who ended up handing the second cup turned away and didn’t realize that he let go of the cup before I had a grip on it and it spilled over the floor. I called him(since he was back to making other bubble tea for other customers) and said that there was a spill. He ended up giving me a rag the size of sheet of paper to clean up the entire spill on my hands and knees, having me wipe up the mess(fine, since he didn’t realize that he made it). So I went back to the counter to purchase another half cup of the bubble tea. However, he wanted to charge me the full amount for only half a cup and told me it was a discount since he wouldn’t be charging the extra 50 cents. I clarified that I only wanted ½, not a full cup to replace the only one that spilled(despite the fact that they spilled it initially). He then told me that he’s being nice by charging me the full price of the drink without the 50 cents. I’m sorry, but for a drink that they mishandled on top of me willing to pay again for the ½ drink, I found it really rude that they charged me the full price and expect me to be happy with some 50 cent saving that I shouldn’t have to pay in the first place. Honestly, there’s a way better Vietnamese place to go to very close by that has much better service than here. The customer service just ruined it for me :/

Super nice banh mi sandwiches. Ordered the shredded pork/pork skin with fish sauce, as well as the Best Baguette Special. Both were delicious. The baguette’s have a really nice texture. Crusty on the outside, and soft on the inside. Great sandwich for very inexpensive. I highly recommend!

this drive through thing is brilliant. I live in Northern California and we do not really have drive through anything — besides fast food and an occasional bank. I got the #3 — grilled chicken bahn mi and a taro boba the service was fast and very friendly and the bahn mi was delicious… freshly made baguette. generous serving of pickled vegetables. nicely marinated and ample portions of chicken. the boba was delicious. creamy and rich and vanilla bobas. I was very pleased and impressed with the whole experience. I ate in my car and besides a few crumbs that were easily shaken off, emerged sated and ready for my day

Passed by here so many times and never went in. Craving a sandwich and got a #18 great choice! The bread is freshly made in house and taste so good. Sugar cane juice was amazingly fresh and crisp. Would come back with the family and friends!

The food is decent, but the boba isn’t great. If you want good bubble tea in this area, head to Bubble Bubble. I like this place for a post-yoga snack or casual catchup with friends, as the casual, cafeteria-style seating makes this a good place to sit and chat over a quick bite.

We needed a quick meal between spending a couple of hours at the Nike Employee Store and heading back to Seattle. I had Best Baguette bookmarked for a while so it was nice to finally check it out. Cheap sandwiches with everything you expect from a banh mi – crusty bread, pickled veggies, and your choice of meat. They have around 20 different filling options and it’s a great choice for both banh mi and non-banh mi lovers(I ordered the #1 while my friends ordered the #3 and #9). At around $ 3 per sandwich, it doesn’t break the bank and you leave feeling full and satisfied. What’s better is that the sandwiches they serve are bigger than any banh mi I’ve had in the past. We washed it down with a delicious green tea milk bubble tea(yummy!) and we were good to go! Definitely a great option if you’re in the area.

Just an ok Vietnamese sandwich. Like many, the meat/filling to bread ratio was pretty off. I feel like I coulda done double meat and it would’ve been better. Tan Tan which is half a mile away was much better! They do have a wider selection of deli/bakery/drink items here though. Huge seating area as well.

Hadn’t been back in quite a few years and was pleasantly surprised. I remembered the baguettes to be cheap($ 3 — $ 4) but also skimpy on the meat. However, I ordered the smoked pork and found it to be plentiful on the pork. So thumbs up on that. The only thing that irked me was that the person at the register could not tell me what was in the Best Baguette Special. At least it’s listed online. If anyone is interested, it contains«pâté, slices of premium ham, pork roll, and head cheese.» Also beware that if you ask for no carrots, you don’t get daikon either(another thing the cashier failed to mention).

My friend wanted a sandwich so we decided Best Baguette was a place to go. Even at 1 pm there were line long line, but the service is so fast it just have me enough time to ponder on my choices. Many came with their children and extended family members, and half the customers seem to take out so it wasn’t too crowded. Everyone was smiling and enjoying the beautiful weather today. I chose #8 pâté with tiramisu as a dessert. I like the fresh taste of the ingredients and not too strong flavores. Only down side is that flan, pudding, and che were all sold out. It is so good it’s not uncommon to buy in bulk, it seems. Gives me a reason to return at a earlier time :)

Cheap, quick, convenient and delicious! What more could you ask for?! The portions are very generous, freshly baked baguettes come stuffed with a plentiful amount of meat and veggies! I’ve only ever tried the #1 and the #13, and I’ll stick with the #1 every time! The BBQ Pork is great, but just very different from what I expected. Considering no Banh Mi is over $ 4, you are getting so much for what you pay: D!
