Great service, deal and delivery of our new mattress. Unfortunately, this location is downsizing but they were great with getting us the information to the locations that will be available in case of any issues that may come up. Could not have gotten a better deal on our memory foam/​box spring set!

Great mattress, mediocre price, disappointing service. The product itself is good. My wife and I really enjoy our memory foam mattress, and the delivery crew was quick and professional.
The only reason I’m rating them lower is that their showroom staff bordered on rude. We were actually the only people in the store, and the salesman still managed to spend as little time helping us as possible. When he found out we weren’t looking for a high-​end mattress, he almost disappeared. Again, quite an accomplishment in a large store when you are the only customers. When we selected a mattress, he tried to charge us an extra $ 100 over the sticker price. Later in the week, we called to add a box spring, and the salesperson took ages to do that. Throughout my interactions with BedCo, I felt like I was inconveniencing the people I was giving a non-​trivial amount of money for a mattress.
So, bottom line: you can probably get a comparable mattress for the same price at a store that cares about its customers.

I’ve had my bed for a few months now and I have to say the worst part of the day is when I finally have to get out of bed. It’s super comfy and really didn’t break the bank at all. Everyone at the store was really nice and there was no high pressure sales action going on. I would have easily paid twice as much someplace else and likely not gotten the plush goodness that I did. I love that I’m also getting a chance to support a local company. Nothing about my experience with them has been less than awesome.
Can’t believe I waited so long to get a new mattress! I was missing out.

I purchased a very expensive gel/​memory foam mattress from Bedco because I needed relief from pain while sleeping. When I tried to sleep on the mattress at home, it did not feel like the mattress I tried out in the store. It was too soft and also had a toxic smell so strong it burned my eyes and caused breathing difficulties. I had expressed some reservation about the mattress at the last minute but the salesman assured me it would be fine. To qualify for the return, I was required to purchase and use a plastic mattress cover that cost $ 75! The salesman did not really help me find the right mattress; he seemed intent on his commission, though. Bedco’s «satisfaction guarantee» only applies to a one-​time exchange for a mattress of «equal or greater value». The only more expensive mattress in the store is softer than the one I bought, so I am out $ 2300. I am not wealthy so this is a big financial hit. Now I must find someone to remove this mattress from my house. Despite my embarrassment at being taken for so much, my hope in writing this review is that others can avoid a costly mistake with Bedco.

Just purchased a bed from BedCo today. If you’re in the market for a bed, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed with there product and service. So, a big thank you to Rudy and a young Mr. Walker at the SW Cedar Hills store.

The cost of the bed was the deciding factor in our purchase. It’s a new store in the Cedar Hills Shopping Center right next to L&L Hawaiian BBQ.
So far the mattress seems to be a good purchase. The delivery people were professional. They timed their delivery within a half hour’s time and didn’t leave us wondering if they’d show up. We purchased our queen sized mattress on Thursday evening and was sleeping on it Monday night. (mattresses are built-​to-​order and the factory doesn’t operate on weekends). For our $ 678 dollars we ended up with a queen sized mattress ($ 599), box spring (included), two pillows (thrown in free), mattress protector (80?) and two promo airline tickets.
This would be a four star review, but the gripe is with the promo airline tickets. The promotion seems awesome and is advertised all across their store. It was even used as a sales tactic to get me to close the deal (which i obviously did). If i would have done my research I would have found out that this really isn’t a promotion at all. BedCo works with a company that dishes out these promo airline tickets as a ‘close the sale’ type tool. There’s so many conditional aspects about it that it’s basically useless. Here’s the terms and conditions of these things, even the website is tacky:
(basically you have to mail/​fax them a request w/​$ 25 check and then be okay with a MANDATORY 7 day stay at a hotel/​resort of their choosing; and of course blackout dates apply. I’m a little irritated because BedCo’s sales woman (initials A.R.) inaccurately told us it would be a 5 day mandatory stay, but only after I mentioned how skeptical i was about the «free» deal.)
I hate to ding a company based on a promotion. But it was a promotion they used to get me to buy a mattress — so oh well.
