Our furnace went out a few days ago. I called this business because their website said they would come out same day and sounded committed to being reasonable with good customer service. I called their number and a guy answered like he was in the shower or something… as if I was bothering him. I asked if I had the right number since he did not give a business name or anything. He sounded annoyed but took my info and said he would call me back to set some time. Someone else called a few hours later and got me and another call confused so he was trying to schedule a service call in Gresham(I live in Beaverton) for Friday(it was Wednesday). Then he realized he was mixing me up with someone else and said they could come out Thursday in the afternoon and would call me a half hour to an hour before so I was not waiting all day. Umm… not even cluing me into what part of the afternoon means I am waiting all day… which I did… THEYNEVERCALLED. Thanks… it is pretty cold out and I now wasted two days. I will say though after reading one of the latest reviews here I probably saved a lot of money and am better going with someone else since they look to be dishonest and rude.

Our A/C went out during a heat wave and July 4th Holiday weekend. I called 7 different companies to come and fix it, even the original installer(who couldn’t get to us for four days). Jack at Beaverton Heating and Cooling called us back right away, and was at our house within the hour fixing the problem.(Turns out our original installer put in the wrong kind of refrigerant 4 years ago, which can cause toxic fumes during a leak, SCARY!) Jack fixed everything up quickly and probably saved our lives, he definitely saved our weekend. We highly recommend them!(They are also known as Right Now Heating and Cooling — that name fits them to a tee!)

Very fast very simply put honest professional service Glen is the best. We had Him come out late at nite over the holidays. We were having issues with our furnace and sever companies had tried to repair it and could not make it work. Glen found the problems and got it going only to find an extensive Crack in the heat exchanger. So he offered several options for a new furnace and had the new one working with in a couple hours from our call.
