I was at a wedding a few months ago in San Luis Obispo that Ariel and Hilary coordinated and they did an amazing job. All of the details were gorgeous and the evening was perfect. Everything went smoothly from the ceremony to the end of the reception. They were quietly working their magic in the background and allowed the bride and groom enjoyed the day with no worries. I dont think you could ask for better coordinators.

We hired ahha events as day of coordinators for our wedding reception in Seattle a few weekends ago and they really went above and beyond to make the day special and perfect for us! Not only were they prompt, supportive, and informative in responding to all my pre-wedding questions and worries(even driving up to Seattle one day a few months ahead of the event to be there with me for the venue walk-through), but they were highly organized, efficient, and so calm on the day of the reception that I really felt like I could relax and enjoy the party. They really took the time to understand my «vision» and to bring it to life. They handled all the details like coordinating the vendors and managing the bartenders and the clean-up crew, and they helped us a ton with decorating the space, which we only had a few hours to do on the afternoon of the party. And as if that weren’t enough, I found out after the wedding that they were doing all kinds of behind the scenes stuff to really make the party great for my guests. For example, it happened to be a record-breaking heat wave in Seattle the week of my wedding and consequently the party was VERY hot, especially on the dance floor(which did not stop my friends and family from dancing!). Hilary and Ariel were apparently bringing cold, wet towels out to all the dancers to help them cool down! SUCHFORESIGHT! In addition to the fantastic job they did, I also want to mention that their rates are TOTALLY reasonable. I did a lot of DoC research before I hired Hilary and Ariel and the prices some people charge are totally absurd. Hilary and Ariel, on the other hand, charge along the lines of what I was *expecting* to pay when I set out to find a DoC. Furthermore, I really felt like their services were 100% worth the money(which is a rarity in wedding planning, let me tell you — our venue charged us $ 150 to hang three strands of lights!). In short, I couldn’t be happier with ahha events.

I hired ahha events for their day of coordination services and any stress I could’ve had on the day of my wedding did not exist! Hilary was great from the beginning. Anytime I had a question or concern even months before the big day she would respond with suggestions. ahha events know how to take care of their bride!
