We are a custom home builder operating in Durango Colorado, Bayfield, and the surrounding area. We can help with design and construction for new homes, remodeling, and additions. We often work by using a design build concept where we are involved from the very beginning. We can provide the design and architectural drafting for your new home as well as the complete construction.

History

Established in 1992.

Our owner, Kurt Will always had an interest in creating and building. By 1992 he had acquired the skills and experience working as a carpenter to start Will Construction. The company started out as a framing contractor and very quickly evolved into a custom home builder. Typically we are involved with the entire process from design through completion. We are proud of the fact that we have never built the same house twice.
