Dash Windows

This place is a joke. I ordered a window. I told the manager «Tammy» that my bathroom was being gutted and I needed this window on a specific Friday. (They aren’t even open on weekends). She assured me that unless we had a «major snow storm» that I would have my window. I called 2 days before to confirm. She told me she would have the window between 11am and 1pm. Pick up day arrived. I called at 12 to confirm. They dodged my phone calls for 2 hours. Made up every excuse of why Tammy had to call me back. I spoke to 2 people who said they couldn’t tell me if my window was there. Tammy finally called and said my window would «probably» be there at 4. I called again to confirm and she advised me that the window never came and she called the company and they don’t know whether it was shipped via ups or on the truck coming from NJ. I said «how can they not know» to which she replied «I don’t know what to tell you, this is strange». I told her that my bathroom had already been gutted and my contractor was waiting on this window as I told her 2 weeks ago when she assured me this window would be in. I also told her I would never do business with this company again to which she responded «I don’t blame you». I hung up on her. She called me back again a half hour later and said she finally spoke to this company who told her they just shipped it from NJ today (the day I was supposed to pick it up). This was totally unacceptable an no one at Dash Windows even cared. It was like no big deal to them. Luckily I ran to Lowes and they had the size I needed and it was a Pella window. It was also $ 35 cheaper! Will never do business with dash windows. This app is making me give them 1 star to post this but they are a zero !!
