Business Owner
Ines Chattas studied hospitality management in her native Buenos Aires, Argentina. She then interned with several institutions in France and throughout the U.S. She moved to Miami in 1997 where she started building her career and passion for the food and beverage industry at the renowned Grand Bay Hotel Coconut Grove. In 2001 she embraced a new project with Icebox Café, a now Miami Beach staple, as the General Manager for over 10 years. In 2011 Ines and former business partner Sandra Stefani opened the doors of Open Kitchen. Ines is known in the industry for her caring personable ways, attention to details and professionalism, always going «one extra mile» to ensure the ultimate customer experience and satisfaction service. Her attentive nature and engaging charm is also reflected in her food. Ines produces enticing food with flavors that are both straightforward and comforting.
