Wow, food safety at its worst! Cashier taking cash then bare handing a raw ball of meat and putting on grill, walk back to take the next persons cash. At Least there is an open kitchen so everyone can see it. And no I can throw my food away.
Stay clear, even if it’s ghetto food it still needs to be clean!

We called in our order and were put on hold for 8 minutes. We placed our order and were shocked to find they didn’t have fries to accompany their burgers. Their menu said they offered delivery for orders over $ 15 (for $ 2.50) but didn’t have it available the day we ordered.
We drove there and walked into a dirty crime scene-​to-​be. Lots of random people just hanging out watching the door. The girl at the register was nice, though.
Others in my party thought their burgers were okay, but I got the Cowboy Burger and they forgot the barbeque sauce. The burgers were bland, and the potatoes were just okay.
Nothing stood out. I wish them luck in the location they are unfortunately in, but I won’t be back.

I visited Cereal City Burger for lunch today. I wish I would’ve tried this place sooner. The cheeseburger is VERY good and decent size! The burger is more like something you’d make at home and 100x better than any fast food around here, and better than any other place I’ve tried in Battle Creek. I’m not sure what it was but it tasted better than a burger I would make on my grill. To be honest I was put off by the «curb appeal» of the place but my wife told me she heard good things about it and knows I like a good burger. When she gets back from Virginia I plan to take her back and let her try the chicken sandwich (she doesn’t eat burgers). A side note. I’d like to see them add fried mushrooms to the menu.

There are places that just bring you back to your childhood! And Cereal City Burger is B.C. Burger reincarnated! Mike Jr has this place smelling and tasting like the old days! The burgers are juicy and tasty, cooked to order right in front of you. And the potatoes are crispy just like they were in 99. If you are in Battle Creek and need one of the best burgers you will ever have. Please stop in!
