I asked for a full synthetic oil change on my 2010 Camry. I got a quote for $ 49.50 after tax. My bill came up to $ 43. Great right? Wrong. They used blended synthetic oil which means now I have to bring it in at 5,000 miles instead of 10,000 and the difference in 5,000 miles was 7 f****g dollars. So basically they cheated their way into an extra oil change. I will NEVER go there again. I hate not being listened to when I pay for service. They’re lucky I’m not prepared to call my lawyer or I’d be there in full beast mode. Cars cost too damn much for this crap!

What an awful experience. After setting up an appointment days in advance to look at a used vehicle and being assured the vehicle would be waiting for me when I arrived I drove an hour and a half. I arrived to be invited into a showroom where about 6 salespeople were sitting around loudly watching a ball game on TV. The rep that spoke to me had no clue who I was or what I was there for. After a few uncomfortable minutes he returned and walked me out to the lot saying «let’s see if we can find that vehicle you want to see». I had been told it would be waiting for me. Instead we set off on a search for it in the blistering heat of summer. We found it and the rep opened the doors and I was absolutely taken aback. The vehicle was absolutely filthy. Grossly filthy with stains and unknown substances spilled on the upholstery and floors. It had obviously never been cleaned. The dealership had several days notice I was coming so there really is no excuse for the car to not be at least clean. The posting online also misrepresented the vehicle as having features it actually did not have. The vehicle also had damage to the exterior that was not apparent from the photos. The sales manager came out to speak to me and I asked «Have you seen the inside of this vehicle?» He had not so I invited him to take a look. In addition when I asked the sales rep questions about the vehicle he admitted he really was not acquainted with the car and could not answer questions. All in all it was an extremely disappointing experience and a total waste of my time.

Horrendous service! We went to look at a used vehicle and were treated like we’d inconvenienced the salesman when we asked to «sleep on it» and get back to him with our decision. He texted us to say how he’d bent over backwards for us. Ridiculous. No one deserves a guilt trip for shopping around– it’s the smart thing to do! One star cause the manager tried to reach out and make it right, but it’s too late. We are spending our money elsewhere. STAY AWAY!

Team Toyota service has let me down over and over again. I am currently dealing with the oil change from hell.
My engine seized up after they performed an oil change, and messed up the drain plug replacement. They have been dishonest throughout the process. I made the mistake of trusting them along the way. They told me the engine would be replaced with one that was newer /​better than what I had before. They continued to tell me «Trust us, we will take care of it» and «we’ll make it better than it was before». After I picked up the truck I began having issues with the replacement engine. After going back for the 2^nd time with engine issues, I had to beg for the VIN information of the replacement engine. Come to find out they replaced my engine with a (10,000 mile) higher mileage; (1 year) older engine from a junkyard, and tried to pass it off as a newer/​lower mileage engine than my factory engine. They have continued to lie to me and pull every deceitful car mechanic trick in the bag. I will never trust them with my business again. This has been 3 months of my time wasted, and it is still unresolved. They are dishonest and untrustworthy; the GM of Team Service, Ken Cox is the worst of the bunch.

We had a wonderful experience at Team Toyota! The Staff was so personable, no pressures, and know how to treat customers. My salesperson, Derek Austin, went far & beyond any automobile salesperson, I have ever dealt with. From the date we first stepped foot on the sales lot, to the day my new Highlander arrived, he was the Best! He touched base with me often and responded to my emails very promptly, which means a lot. I have used Team Toyota for years with my previous Sequoia, and will continue to use them for every maintenance appt. for my new vehicle. Other local Toyota dealerships really should consider taking lessons from Team Toyota, on how to display the same Southern Hospitality! — Thank You Team Toyota!
